The hotel is on the beach front and on the main promenade. My room had a sea view with balcony. The staff is very nice, the restaurant where breakfast is served is very relaxing for a nice start of the day. The breakfast could be better...

The main thing is that the price was very high for a one night stay as it was high season so they were almost all full. The price of around 280eur for a night is just too much when compared to what that money can usually get you...However, this is the "problem" of the whole croatian coast line during high season...

The Hotel is in a very good location. The communication during the reservation was perfect. Our room in the hotel was beautiful, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was varied. The staff is kind and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent, as good as it looked in the pictures we saw location was great very happy with what you got from what I saw, there was not pictures of some suite and then we got a small room instead, you got what you payed for

parking was a bit annoying but not to far of a walk away from the hotel

The breakfasts were great. The rooms were well renovated and clean.

First, we traveled as a family and asked for rooms to be close. They were not! We would not have booked had we known. Second, hotel guests who have dinner included are not allowed to sit in the restaurant area close to the sea. That area is reserved for those who are not staying in the hotel. Makes you feel very unwelcome in your own hotel. Finally, the staff can’t help with advice on what to do in the area. We asked where to rent a small boat to see the islands, and they had no recommendations - “just go to the port and find somebody”. So we ended up with “Rent the Boat” near Lavendar restaurant who sent us out during storm, and when we had to turn around due to huge waves and all of us and especially kids being scared, they just kept our 450 Euro without reimbursing! The hotel stay is about your experience, not about just how clean the room is. This was a bad experience for our family.

Great location next to the beach. Underground parking. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

From my personal perspective in general it was bit overpriced. Not just a hotel but restaruant, services and all other staff as well (in Makarska overall). So it was not an issue of Maritimo but rather overall this year I would say.

I thought parking was free but they charged 10 euros a day.

We were surprised by the additional costs which included a parking space for HOTEL GUESTS on a daily basis in the amount of 10.00 EUR. I include that we were guests out of season. We have not experienced this so far. Too much.

the breakfast was amazing (10/10) with large variety of foods. Staff was very friendly and professional - it was one of the few hotels on the promenade open in april but fully operational (including restaurant and bar). The room was clean, bed comfortable and even we did not pay extra for sea view, the mountain view (on Biakovo) was nice

during off season we were charged for parking (10 euros/day) i think it could be lower. This is the only disadvantage i found

Cozy little hotel, staff were lovely and we liked the breakfast especially.

The pedestrian area in front of the hotel is very noisy in the evening. We did not like the dinner in the restaurant, food was very heavy.

I stayed at the Maritimo for 2 nights. The breakfast was fantastic! The staff at reception, breakfast and bar were terrific , gurls at reception very helpful in finding out information about a bus to Ploce instead of riding my bike in extreme high winds. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel..even the earthquake!

Noticed that the TV programming down at restaurant was totally different from in room, only one channel in English in room.
