El tamaño de la habitacion para 3 personas un poco justo.

Localização boa!
Sofá achei bem empoeirado; ralo do banheiro não desce água direito, parece estar entupido; Controle da TV não funciona; fica no terceiro andar, muita escada, com malas, crianças, sofremos!

The cleaning, the smell, the door from the bath, the space

The location was the only good thing.
Oh boy where should I start. The space was tiny, definitely not suited for 3 persons. It is very complicated to enter the suite, you have to enter 3 different codes. As we got in the suite, we realised that it was definitely not what we saw in the pictures. Rust everywhere, even mold. The bathroom door does not work properly, it does not close. The shower was also filthy, rusty and didn’t work properly: the water pressure was low and it didn’t drain properly. The toilet was not cleaned in ages (you could see at the bottom of the bowl). Public toilets in Paris were generally cleaner than the one in our suite. The cutlery and the dishes were also filthy and dusty. The kettle smelled sour almost. Just disgusting. And off to the worst part: the bedsheets. We found multiple strands of hair, multiple stains and worst of all blood stains. When contacted, the property assured us someone would come and clean our room. We waited for four hours and nobody showed up; weird seeing as we were told somebody would come in 30 min maximum. We had to change the bedsheets ourselves with something we borrowed from our friends. Anyways please please please read the reviews and this one especially before buying, because even if you don’t want to stay there any longer, you will not be able to get a refund. No matter how filthy and disgusting your room is.

Équipement complet, rien ne manque. Bon emplacement calme. Décoration soignée. Sécurité de l'immeuble. Quartier agréable.

The apartment was not ready to the arrival time, it was dirty even after the cleaning, no toilet paper.
The apartment is crowd.
The apartment is on the ground floor and have a glass door to the yard without tulle curtains. To open the shutters you need to completely open the door (not convenient especially in winter).
The sofa for the 3rd person was too short (for lilliputes).
Bathroom with the window without curtains.
The bathroom have bad isolation from the room (the door hanging loose).
Very bad WiFi.

Ubicación cómoda, alejada del centro pero con muy fácil conexión con el metro y con el RER, lo que buscábamos. El apartamento es bastante pequeño si vais 3 ya que al desplegar la cama auxiliar (sofá) no hay casi hueco. Para 2 de sobra. Aún así, para unos días es más que suficiente. Camas cómodas, limpio y cocina bastante equipada. La zona muy tranquila y con servicios cerca (supermercados, restaurantes,etc...)

Ruhige Lage, öffentlich gut angebunden, unkomplizierter Einlass und dennoch dank 3er Schlösser scheinbar sicher.
Sauberkeit wirklich nicht ok, v.a. für 100 Euro die Nacht. Am Gang gab es alle 5 Tage meines Aufenthaltes unverändert so viele Haare als hätten mehrere Katzen monatelang dort übernachtet. Selbst im Bett fand man Haare und Fussel von den Gästen davor, Geschirr war z.T. auch nicht gewaschen. Das Liebesleben der Leute im Nebenzimmer konnte man wegen der dünnen Wände ungefiltert miterleben. Es war auch viel zu KALT und wenn man denn schon nicht ordentlich heizt, dünne Wände und einen fetten Spalt bei der Apartment Tür hat, sollte man wenigstens besonders warme Decken (!) zur Verfügung stellen! Vor allem für über 100 Euro pro Nacht wirklich nicht ok! Vielleicht möglich als Notlösung für die wärmere Jahreszeit, im Winter definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

The property is very close to two major metro lines. So very convenient. The washer dryer combination machine worked well. Happy with that. Security is good. Three doors to get in.

La limpieza del lugar es muy regular, el sofa cama es pequeño no sirve para un adulto como fue lo solicitado.

La chambre est sale sans équipement le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a pas d'équipements, le service client ne répond pas à mes messages.
Les conditions de séjour sont très médiocre.
On a du changé d'hôtel un jour après.

Vicino alla metro e a una panetteria
La struttura deve essere rinfrescata. Usurata, pavimenti da rifare e da mettere in bolla. Pareti da pitturare. Pareti di carta: senti i vicini fare pipì, parlare, andare e venire ecc. Nota più dolente la pulizia. Molto sporco. Molte macchie, capelli, saponetta usata dai precedenti clienti (sulle loro parti intime!!!) ancora nella doccia, frigo, piumone, microonde, scolapiatti, tutto da pulire molto a fondo. Non abbiamo usato né angolo cottura né lavatrice per “timore” e avevamo scelto la struttura anche per quello. Ha potenziale ma non sfruttato. Purtroppo si possono mettere solo 4 foto.

La posizione era ottima e aveva tutto il necessario
La finestra del bagno era rotta e la pulizia non era un granché: il divano presentava delle macchie e anche il piumone era sporco

Appartement sympa, bien équipé et très bien situé. Quartier tranquille.
Beaucoup trop petit pour 3 personnes ! Après avoir déplié le canapé (épique !), on ne savait plus trop où mettre table basse, tabourets et valise... Finalement ok, puisqu'on y a seulement dormi, pas fait de cuisine, ni de lessive (je ne vois pas où on pourrait étendre le linge d'ailleurs...)

Everything was wonderful) but if you are determined to see the sights, then you should choose another area, because it is 17 km from here to the Tower. if you are on work and you need a nice clean accommodation then this will suit you.

The location to the Metro was convenient.
The email with the required access numbers came too late for me, because I had been touring for a week and using my hotels' wifi. I needed email access to get the info and I was stuck. Luckily a stranger helped me with access and I was able to check in. Second issue was bathroom layout - I am over 6' (1,90) and almost could not use the toilet. Thirdly, a minor point, the dishes were not clean.

It was walking to the metro which was a plus
the building was not clean and it looked like no one was there. It was hard to get property key information since everything was with code and there was no one to ask. I had to stop another person in order to call management office in French. It was hard and I couldn't use the washer since I didn't have the app on my phone with the info.

The staff was terrible, we had a problem in the bathroom, but they didn't answer my calls.
Also one of the towels was dirty.

Although the room was small, it was fine for 3 people and had everything we needed. It was in a quiet residential street but very close to the metro, with restaurants, bars and small food shops nearby.

Very good property, that could be excellent with just a few minor changes and attention to details. The location is superb. There are many shops, bakeries and cafes in the area - it’s nice and calm and not too far from the city. The metro is nearby, and there’s bus stops less than 5 minutes away from the property.
I would definitely recommend for solo travelers, very quaint and filled with all the amenities you would need.
There were no cloths to clean up wet messes in the surrounding areas: Kitchen, Bathroom sink.
Did get a little noisy with other neighbors in the accommodation, soundproofing could be improved.
Old cow rug was left in the washing machine.
