The location of the unit was fantastic.

Spacious. Comfy beds.
Wasn’t that clean. Lots of hair behind couch. Aircon in main room was smelly and dirty Also no reception and we weren’t told in advance how to find key

Loved the pools and beds.
Not enough dishwasher powder. Not enough washing machine powder. No extra rubbish bags. And didn’t get told about where or how to access the gym.

Such a beautiful apartment, it had everything I needed. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable and clean. I hope I can get that apartment again another time. It was really luxurious!

The apartments were exceptional. The furnishings were gorgeous and all the pillows and beds were so comfortable. The airconditioning was all on and the room chilled prior to us entering which was fantastic as the humidity was extreme when we arrived. The cleaning was excellent. The entire apartment was spacious and well appointed. It exceeded our expectations considering the price. While not located along the esplanade this made no difference to use as it was stinger season for swimming and we had a hire car.

Beautifully renovated
I booked the apartment for six people, The pull-out couch wasn’t made and the sheets for it was in the cupboard which were the wrong size and not enough pillowcases there was only one pillowcase to 2 pillows.

it was incredibly difficult to find Reception to check in. none of our paperwork mentioned the Sebel

The upgrade was awesome!!!! Loved how much space we had in the rooms.
The grout needs a good scrub, but the room was fairly clean
The grounds aren't overly well kept, overgrown and dying and the pool area could be much nicer
