The one-bedroom house is brand new and has super facilities. The pool is outstanding. The whole set-up is very luxurious. The location is excellent for easy access to lots of wonderful places in Tuscany/Umbria. Pietro, the owner, lives on site and is always ready with suggestions if required.

In such a wonderful place it may seem churlish to pick out a few negative points. However, these all concern confusing or misleading information provided either before arrival or in the on-site information. Firstly, Booking Com clearly mentions a washing machine. There are in fact two on site, but not available for your direct use, and we had to get the cleaning lady to do the washing for us as a favour. The on-site info states the house and sheets will be cleaned once during a week's stay . They weren't. Finally, the info mentions a jacuzzi and Turkish bath, but these are not currently available because of Covid fears. None of these detracted much from a wonderful week, but it would be nice to avoid confusion for other future guests.

Beautiful house with very well equipped kitchen, nice pool with landscape view, surrounder with olive trees. The host Peter was very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much.

No taxis in the area. You need your own transport to get around although the host did give us a lift somewhere which was nice.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the apartments of Villa Spaccasole. The service was fantastic. Whenever we needed some help, or a recommendation for a restaurant, Piedro did everything to support us as best as possible!

Villa Spaccasole is a wonderful hide-away that met and even exceed our expectations. In fact I even thought about not providing feedback, because it is so nice that I did not want to draw to much attention to it. :-) Our apartment was equipped with literally everything. We enjoyed the apartment, the private terrace and the garden with the pool. Piedro is a very kind hosts. He welcomed us and showed us everything. He also provided helpful tips and arranged a great wine tasting for us. Definitely a place to come back to.
