Very clean large rooms, very welcoming and lovely owner

Tastefully decorated, thoughtful touches and a real treat - this isn’t a Hotel it is the owners dream brought to life and I found it an unexpected treat!

The hotel has a nice layout, a good style and is nicely set up. Spacious breakfast area and a free to use spa. The hotel is located by the side of a long road through, which makes it ideal as a stop. The breakfast itself is wonderful and it has great potential as small convention centre.

When we laid down on our bed we felt it slowly sagging. After laying down and watching tv the bed broke completely. When inspecting we noticed there was already a large stop in place in the middle of the bed to keep the frame steady. Obviously it had caused problems before. Because the hotel was fully booked, no alternative room could be provided. So we had to sleep separated, one a stretcher and the other on a half sagging bed. The staff did try to please us with a free bottle of wine, apologies and were friendly, still I'm left with the feeling on unease. Also considering we've paid 140 euro for 1 night, we had expected perhaps a courtesy in form of a discount or refund. If the room was ok I would have give this location a 8 or a 9 but sadly because of this I can't give it higher then a 6.0 I hope you understand. We hope to return one day when everything is fixed and in order.

I want to give 20 out of 10 if I could ;-) This hotel was our first stop-over during the long road trip. So when booking I specifically requested quiet room with concerns the hotel seems to be close to 2 roads intersection, and asked for extra bed. The owner upgraded us to a suite free-of-charge, already impressed before arrival! What about after arrival, the room, the garden, the mini wellness zone, the dinner, the breakfast, the owner and staff, all Great!

Everything was excellent specially the restaurant decoration in Christmas 🎄 time was dream.

Very nice design, super helpful staff and very dog friendly. And breakfast was absolutely lovely!

The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent. We got an upgrade and got a suite, very high standard. There is also a small wellness center where you can relax. The food in the restaurant was very good. We would be happy to visit this place again

Everything was good

The rooms are chic and comfortable. The hotel has a very nice and well executed 'style'. Clean rooms, nice bar and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast is the best! A very nice hotel with owners that have an keen eye for detail and staff that make you feel like a king.

The food in the restaurant was delicious. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Beautiful room with pleasant vibe in old movies style, really tastefully decorated. We really liked the design and style. Quiet place but it is still a few minutes from motorway. Stay in there, everybody deserves a break in a great place.

Over all the hotel was great for the price we have paid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel over all was very clean. They even thought of my son (22 months), he slept in a nice crib and had his own towels, sheets, ...

There was no elevator, only stairs. I think they should mention or ask if you don't mind to stay on the first floor. Breakfast was ok, but not more than that. I missed the fresh squeezed orange juice, the pancakes and the fresh fruit.

superb hotel and location, close to the motorway. Beautiful and quiet room, good breakfast , just lovely place to stay, highly recomended.
