Good location for the olympic stadium
Nice to have some water and tea and coffee in the room
Air con was poor didnt really cool the room down in one of the hottest days this summer

Rooms were well equipped, for the price
Not being help full looks like no attention was given when there is issues. Always try to let go without taking action often frustrate guest.

the property was clean and comfortable, with a huge balcony and amazing view. check in was easy, even though it was after hours staff was available for communication. great place to stay if you need to be out of the city center or want to be closer to airport. the area is very nice and safe. i went on a Sunday so a lot was closed, but seems to be a decent amount of shops and food in the area.
the property is close to a bus line, but in a suburb away from city center so it may not be great for a typical tourist or first time Athens visitor. the airport transfer price was a bit shocking, as it was quoted at 40 euro when a taxi ride only cost 33 euro.

It was near hospitals Mitera and Ygeia. Breakfast was just fine.
Quite expensive. WiFi had some issues but generally was ok.

the location was parte y for the purpose of my visit, the staff was helpful and caring

one woman on reception was cool the other was not
it was overpriced and breakfast was poor. thé noise started around 6am and didn't stop all morning.

The location was perfect, just exactly what we were looking for. the breakfast was also very nice in a very beautiful space, very cozy ambient, luminous and the owner aswell as the workers were very polite and atent.

So I chose this appartment so it's close to Mitera hospital which was literally maximum 5mins walk.
The service was excellent, cleaners did great job the receptionist were excellent always gave us a ring to check we needed anything extra. At 1 point of our stay it heavily snowed which we lost electricity for 13hours due to bad weather, but before this our receptionist warned us and said they will do room service for our paid breakfast, usually we had to go down stairs for breakfast but due to bad weather this was a service I loved "cosy in our bed with breakfast".
Because of heavy snow we lost electricity for 13 hours which wasn't pleasant specially of you have to take medicine and injections in the dark, plus we had low phone charge so we couldn't use flash light. I would recommend the company to invest in some sort of backup so we can have the electricity even if the main power goes. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
