They where RACIST written on the wall, bed back baourd and toilet, springs in the bed hurts all night to sleep on, toilet right next to your pillow wilest sleeping like a prison there was no door, mould and hairs everywhere in the shower and the room really stinks of smoke very bad

Staff were good, especially the gentlemen who was there Sunday and Monday morning.

Full breakfast consisted of toast, egg and beans. If you dont ask for sausages it would have been better off coz it was small and tasteless. No bacon, mushrooms etc. Room is exceptionally run down. Wallpaper coming off walls and curtain hanging on by a thread, literally. TV too small to see, (even with glasses). Some of the sockets don't work. The bathroom, the bathroom has a shower which only works if held in specific positions and no theres no shower head holder because its broken. The shower pipe is badly damaged to the point where to get it working, you need to hold it up as high as you can to straighten the pipe while trying to adjust the temperature through the hot and cold taps. I must include this is room 12, i cant speak for the other rooms but the other guests were less pleased than me. Having said all this though, if you just need somewhere to sleep and you dont need to shower in the morning or eat, then if they are offering this for £25-£35 per night then i would stay there.

The tv remote stopped working and I couldn’t turn the tv off so just had to unplug the scart lead and plug back in. I could of asked at reception but only a short stay

Ye the single room is depressing as the wallpaper is very dark and peeling. The bathroom was excellent and single bed ok but not great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was between 7 and 8 then the guy has to go off on he's bike so didn't fancy that thanks!

Very dirty, prostitutes using the accommodation, the pictures are nothing like it looks now! Broken shower trays, unpainted windowsills dust in the cups, very dirty and misleading on BOOKING.COM wouldn't leave my dog in that place

The sheets and towels were clean. The shower was good. The hotel was in the centre of Croydon within 3 minutes walk of the party we were attending. Car parking was a bonus. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was both a buffet and cooked. As an overnight stay it was good value for money.

The room was a little tired. and needed redecorating.The mattress needed renewing. The springs could be felt by wiping your hand on the surface. Just a little bit of effort could transform the room.

Wallpaper peeling off everywhere in my room, everything was worn out or dirty looking it is not acceptable to expect a human being to stay in accommodation like that, it should be closed down immediately, mattresses dumped outside that look like they’ve been there for months. Honestly the place is disgusting

There was cigarette butt's on the floor, there were cigarette burns on the units & curtains, the bed was broken & I suffer from really bad arthritis ,there were stains on the mattress, a mirror fell on me & bruised my arm as it was just resting on a unit rather than put on the wall, there was a wooden surround to the TV which fell of as wasn't screwed on & behind was a large extension lead I felt that was dangerous, the carpet was filthy & it stunk. When we went for breakfast the room was put dated dusty & basically the whole place was filthy. The next day we went to hand our key in &the man was laying on the floor behind a door & just grunted to leave it on the side but he didn't show his face nor say thank you. There was also filthy mattresses leaning up again a wall outside .
