Location - on the lake is perfect. Breakfast - vary and good Room - not big but ok. Team is vety flexible and welcoming

Welcoming and friendly staff. Spacious classic hotel rooms. Plenty of parking space. Daily menu for dinner. Good choice at breakfast buffet. Easy to reach with plenty of parking spaces. Beautiful location next to the lake.

Wifi was rather slow. The combination of hotel and camping may not be for everybody.

Staff friendliness and cleanliness of room.

The hotel was conveniently near Perugia. After a long day of sightseeing, it was great to sit by the lake with a sunset cocktail. The entire staff was cordial and professional, and the on-site restaurant has good food. Parking and breakfast were an added bonus.

Furnishings were a bit dated.

A lovely hotel in what appears to be a former private lakeside palazzo in a quiet wooded setting. Our room overlooked the pool and lake, with a spacious patio-balcony. Very comfortable bed. Room very clean and nicely appointed. The restaurant on the premises was wonderful and although the hotel seemed quiet and unpopulated during the day, the dining room was quite full for dinner---so reservations recommended. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. It rained unfortunately during most of our stay, but the comfort of our room and the hotel made for a nice place to relax and unwind from busy traveling. The lakefront area of Passignano ---a ten minute walk up the road--is beautiful with a grand promenade and lots of nice cafes and restaurants.

The property was lovely, we had an excellent time. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The pool & bar is lovely. Also a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.

The location on the lake is superb, as is the pool and hot tub. There is ample parking and the food was delicious.

Lake view room was appreciated, food in restaurant lovely, good breakfast, always free sunbeds which is unusual. Everything was also very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It exceeded my expectations from the photos.

It was too dangerous to cycle or walk to the centre on the road even if a short distance so you need to drive for dinner if eating in the town which means no wine. Not the hotel's fault I guess but they do advertise free bikes for getting about. I also wish the hotel could leave the vegetation on the beach in the mornings instead of raking it all away as it is a critical part of the local ecosystem. Maybe add an elevated walkway over it if guests don't like it or find another option.

bathroom was a bit narrow and seemed to be a bit old, but everything was working.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Meals, room, staff assistance, location. all were excellent value for money.

Beautiful spot

The waiter was great but he puts me in a rush to sit down to eat. The heating system wasn’t working good and was a cold shower and I slightly warm room. My mistake that i was in a rush in the morning and I didn’t ask but, for the price and reputation of the restaurant it wasn’t something nice in my visit
