Spacious Room, cleanliness, room amenities, awesome buffet breakfast, garden area, parking area, reception area, staff, variety entertainment , high tea with snacks, etc.- In fact the entire stay was splendid and I would love to visit this resort again.

There was nothing that I did not like

it was good but lil expensive…bathrooms were ok and water flow was slow …

I didn’t like the buffet dinner or breakfast…desserts were so bad with artificial color …only liked noodles

Food was very good / breakfast options were very good.. Special mention for the staff Mr. Akhilesh / Mr. Prasant / Mr. Manoj / Mr. Kapil... Thank you all for making our trip comfortable and memorable.

Rooms were not ready at the time of check in. Almost delayed by 1 hour.

The breakfast was good, but I expected more. For instance, the spread of the breakfast could have had a few more local dishes. On the three mornings we ate, Poha was the only stand-out dish. I expected some kind of Aloo paratha. Also, the taste of the sambar and chutneys was not good. This feedback is necessary since I come from Chennai. I would be perfectly fine if the breakfast menu did not have south indian items, but if you had it, then you must ensure that the taste meets a certain benchmark. The sandwiches and pastries were excellent; so were the honey and jam available with the toast. The Poha was lip-smacking and the presence of cheese was the cherry on the cake. I had the opportunity to eat dinner and lunch which was also good. The other facilities like gym, play room and swimming pool were really well-maintained and comfortable. I used the gym on two occasions and loved working out. The spa was also excellent and relaxing. The property is full of birds and greenery and is an extremely good place to stay for a honeymoon and family trip or a friends trip. The rooms have superb amenities and the service provided by the hotel staff is immaculate.

Spread of dishes in breakfast. Better sound-proofing of rooms, especially on first floor.

if double bed size can be more comfortable it would be great for those who share with kids.
