The house was beautiful, the hosts very friendly and helpful, the food - both breakfast and dinner was locally sourced and carefully prepared making it super delicious! The location is perfect if you look for a quiet oasis but close to places like Montefalco / Spoleto / Spello within just a few minutes by car.

We booked the 2 bedroom suite, and it was spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated with air conditioning. The European breakfast was excellent, every day something different, meats, cakes, sweet and savoury. The pool was glorious!! The Big Plus was it was salt-water, wasn’t busy, and completely private for us non-cyclists. Half pension was available but not through our booking with booking.com. The food here is truly wonderful, 25 euro a head not incl. drinks. A pasta dish, a meat course and dessert. The food was home-made Umbrian offerings and was superb. Was wonderful to relax there every evening and not worry about finding a restaurant. Faultless. Excellent location for visiting all the beautiful surrounding towns. So much to see. The best and most friendly service and attention from 2 great hosts, Carla and Luigi. Every evening we tried wonderful wines with Luigi, so knowledgable and so friendly, who pointed us to some great local cantinas. Luigi also sourced a local Fiorentina steak for us, well worth the extra cost and being taught how to cook it properly, and in Umbrian style, was amazing and such a memorable evening for us! Superb food, hosts, and location!

On arrival, after an 8 hour car journey, we were told that the swimming pool strictly requires bathing caps. We were told to go to a Decathlon store nearby. When I asked about towels for the pool they said it was preferred not to use the hotel towels. However this information is not on their site. Our apartment towels and bedding weren’t changed for the 4 nights we were there.
