Very nice villa with large pool, plenty place for 2 families. We loved our stay.

The house is very beautiful in a wonderful area. The pool is perfect and very deep so the children could jump in the water. Nathalie was perfect when we had any question.

We had a lovely stay in this villa. Outside area is very nice and quiet, with shade and sunny areas available. Pool is large and warm. Air con in bedrooms and dining area is effective. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Garoupe beach is a 10-15 mins walk with a few restaurants. It’s easy to get Ubers to local towns and restaurants. Would stay again.

Dear Simone. We were enjoying a beautiful week in your house which offers just everything. The beach and the cap are easy to reach by foot and are worth visiting. Antibes and Juan les Pins are very close and there are so many nice things to do. We would come back at any time and can highly recommend your villa for a relaxing, clean and high-standard stay. The villa and grounds were beautiful. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. Our group enjoyed the pool very much and the pool furniture was great. We were only a short walk from Plage de la Garoupe which was a nice sandy beach with a free public option or a private option at Plage Keller. We did both, but really enjoyed the lounges and umbrellas along with food and beverage service on the private beach. Be careful walking on the “sentier” around the Cap, the last quarter mile was walking on boulders! Natalie was very responsive to our questions and Simone, the owner, was easy to work with. The villa is well equipped and our group of 6 enjoyed the stay very much! Do arrange a private chef for one night, such a delight!

Wonderful stay. The house and pool were as beautiful as pictured. Close to bus stop to get into town. Close to Keller beach and the Sentier Littoral. Convenience store and excellent restaurant around the corner. We had some minor electrical problems but Nathalie was immediately available to help. Would definitely go back.

This is house was exactly as describe and more. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, quiet and luxury area of Antibes. It was an excellent home base location to take various drive to the South of France areas like Monaco, Nice, St. Tropez and etc... It is a very short walk to the beach and hike the "Tire-Poil" path, which was absolutely gorgeous. The house was very well equipped with everything you would need. Oh, the pool was just a beautiful view for your morning coffee and afternoon wine. The house was spotless. The host, Nathalie Brouwer was a doll. She made check in so easy and was always prompt in answering any questions you might have. This is our first time to visit the South of France and will definitely book this property again.

We were 8 adults , a baby and one dog . The property worked very well for us. We loved the pool area and all the different seating areas. Great communication with the property manager Nathalie who was very pleasant and helpful. It’s a lovely peaceful area , beaches close by . Nice little market and coffee place just around the corner. We loved our stay here. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is amazing and beautifully landscaped - jasmine, lavender, olives, figs, lemons to name a few of the plants around the pool and house. We enjoyed hiking on the Cap, exploring Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins and a side jaunt to Italy one morning. Great place. Don't hesitate to book!

The property is gorgeous and the photos do not give it justice. The pool area is nicer than some resorts that we've stayed at. Walking distance to the beach, hiking, restaurants, market, bakery, butcher, sigh... we miss it already! We'll be back!

This is our second visit to this Villa and its is amazing. The pool is better than most hotels in juan les pins and it is equipped with everything you need. Our arrival was smooth and Nathalie Was lovely. I would highly recommend this Villa and we will be staying here again in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The pool is absolutely amazing and the seating arrangements around it make it super comfy. One reason we originally decided to book the villa was the bed dimensions. It did not disappoint, the 90x200 beds are quite unusual for French properties. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was working fine. Ample parking for the 3 cars we had with us. One thing which we also conveyed to the villa manager was the mosquito nets, which def need replacing. All in all though we had an amazing time and this villa it‘s definitely going to the list of properties we will be returning to.

Very nice stay overall. The area is safe all restaurants and beaches are open, the property is clean and a safe place to stay in this covid-19 circumstances. We will come back next year.

We had the most wonderful time in Antibes! The property is beautifully appointed, and its location exceptional. We arrived and went straight to Plague Keller for dinner after a long flight from San Francisco. Natalie was excellent in welcoming us and showing us how the security system worked for both the house and the pool. Over our 2 week stay, we had many guests as we have family in Europe, and the kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor dining table was perfect for long family breakfasts, lunches or dinners! The house was perfect for guests with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs for guests. I loved a morning walk around the Cap, while others slept in and met me for coffee in the morning at La Cremerie du Cap - which was around the corner from the house and had wonderful coffee and most things we needed to feed our extended family throughout each day and the owners were very friendly! We enjoyed meeting our neighbors and exploring the amazing French Riviera - Cannes, Nice, Cap Ferrat, St. Tropez, etc. All in all one of our all time favorite holidays! We hope to be back very soon! Great home for my sister and I to meet up with our adult children who came from various parts of the world. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool every day. The house is spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this lovely home for a family holiday in such a gorgeous setting.

This house is just perfect for family vacation, large and very well organized, with beautiful design and in working distance from the beach. Nathalie, manager of the property, was very kind, always in the contact, We would like to thank also the owners for hospitality and perfect taste of lifestyle. We hope to come back next year.

I spent a week in this lovely house last October. The weather was very nice and we had lunch on the beach almost every day. Nathalie, the local agent was very helpful and gave us lots of sightseeing and restaurant tips. In the evenings we had BBQ diners at home. We also went to Monaco for the day. There are so many things to do in the area that you can easily spent two weeks overhere. The pool is surrounded by several sitting areas and there is a relaxed atmosphere. We would like to use the house again in the spring.

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely villa and enjoyed the beautiful area of Cap d’Antibes. The house is located in a quiet residential area on walking distance to the beaches. It’s clean, well equipped and decorated with taste. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house.
