The condo was equipped with everything we needed! I thoroughly enjoyed watching dolphins every morning and beautiful sunsets at night!! The beach was literally steps away! Will definitely stay again!

The first thing we saw when we opened the door was the amazing view peeking through the blinds! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay-We even saw dolphins swimming around one morning! Would stay here again!

The location and the view are super nice. We spent a week and enjoy every minute of it. The condo is good and well equipped it is not the most luxurious but homey. We will definitely stay here again. The owners nice, easy going and helpful.

I have been staying at this same property for 28 years, it is absolutely perfect.

We just got back from a much needed vacation in sunny Florida. This getaway was just what we needed, with Great weather and Awesome views of the gulf. What more could we ask for!! The unit was absolutely stunning with everything we needed (and then some). Thank YOU, Elaine, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. What a pleasure it's been working with you! We will definitely be back!!

We totally enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view, nice beach, quiet and clean, and very comfortable bed! Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Will definitely come back.

Even had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles to enjoy heated pool and beach. Housekeeping could clean floors better, as my white socks turned grey. Granite countertop, microwave, stove and refrigerator were newer. All in all, I would stay here again. Love the location away from pier by about 4 miles Linda

The location is awesome! The check in was so much better than we expected we arrived much earlier and because having a baby with us we didn’t want to wait too long to check in so we did check in earlier which host obliged thankfully. We enjoyed the stay but the horrible thing was bed bugs, I can’t even begin to describe how much we suffered... we had to leave sheets and pillow everything in the sun hoping it will help then had to get pest spray only then we could sleep. We were literally bleeding because of all the itching and so much worried about our baby. Almost every day we cleaned the place because under the bed is so much things stuffed and I think that’s where bed bugs are hanging, under the couch was all kind of trash and dust. We told the cleaning crew that we could be out of their way if they need more time since we checked in early but they told us they were done. The place is so congested and stuffed with so much things so much decorations on walls and every nook and corner only the drawers by the bed were empty and that is also not in good shape. The place really need a proper touch up and cleanliness and so much things need to be taken out. So the people can have proper space to spend the vacation.Now about the rules... we have been to so many places but never seen such long descriptions of the things to be used, like only 4 towels including beach towels, just 6 wash cloths including hand towels and mat... I mean what kind of things are these... if you want guests to use less laundry then don’t provide them in fist place or provide washer and dryer in the unit... that’s how it is most other places.... then don’t leave anything in the fridge(which we had to discard so many things that next people could have easily used) I understand if they say start the dish washer before you leave but they make you put the dishes even back to the closets...when we left the place it was better than we found, then what is the need of cleaning fee?? Which we paid separately and we were the one leaving everything neat and clean. So stop charging cleaning fee then. only one toilet role was provided... there’s so much more I can go about, but these are the main things specially bed bugs I don’t want any other guests to suffer like we did and I’m surprised why nobody has even mentioned about this problem in other reviews.But Elaine was good host otherwise!

We were able to hear the sound of the ocean and also watch the dolphins and birds right from our private balcony. There were ample beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for us to use. Quiet stretch of beach away from the busy Times Square area. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for some much needed down time while also offering many opportunities to get out and enjoy the area. The view from the balcony was amazing and I was able to watch the dolphins swim by almost every morning. The condo has everything that you could possibly need, as well as beach towels and accessories. Love that the beach is somewhat secluded and not crowded. Will be back!

Outstanding

It is not our first time staying with Elaine. As usual, everything was perfect. The apartment has an excellent location, and the view is unique. We totally recommend it.

We had a very relaxing week. The condo was sufficient for myself and my daughter. It could use some upgrades but overall no issues. It was nice to see the sea turtle nests on the beach! Our initial email gave us some great information on local restaurants which was helpful.

Our stay was amazing, and the property was exactly as described. We can't wait to return in the future for another terrific beach vacation!☆☆☆☆☆
