Location was perfect for a stopover. Quiet area with plenty of dog walking options too. Good restaurant opposite hotel and huge supermarket aswell.

Good location: next to a restaurant and Leclerc shop. Comfortable beds and exemplary cleanliness.

Unfortunately the water supply to the bathrooms needs to be repaired, as all the time there was only hot water in the tap and shower, too hot for me, and no cold water. The problem was reported but was not fixed nor was I offered a change of room.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Small beds, not comfortable. The room was very hot. Very noisy infrastructure. The handshower was broken en could not be used without holding it.

Checkout was not too early, so we could enjoy breakfast. The family room had one front door, split into two rooms, the kids loved having their own room! Reception was very friendly and helpful, at breakfast and also when we arrived late (2am, 24 hr reception it seems). Electric car chargers available (not sure if listed, we drove a petrol car so did not try).

Some noise from next bathroom. Nothing major.

Good value hotel. We woke up with bird sounds, which was very nice. Bed were comfy. Parking is good and easy.

If there were nets on the windows it would be nice. Air is so fresh that you want to open windows but since you are in the forest it is full of mosquitoes and other kind of bugs. Sound proof is poor between the rooms. There was a constant sound like generator or something making it impossible to sleep in peace.

the staff on reception, Sophie was a real gem, I hope Best Western appreciate her and she is definitely a a wonderful asset for them, back to the property now it was clean affordable perfect location for our base for a couple of days , you can get a 10% off voucher for the restaurant next door whose food in incredibly good !

Quick, friendly and fuss-free check-in. Room was clean, as were bathroom appliances. Room seemed pretty much new. Room temperature on arrival just right. Wifi reasonable. Uncomplicated shower for a change with good water pressure. No trouble with noise from neighbouring rooms. Good selection of TV channels including Canal+ and possibility to select language of program where possible. Gated and well-lit parking. Would stay here again.

Bathroom floor was a bit dusty in the corners. Air-conditioning fan creaky when starting up. Louder motor sound coming from somewhere, seemed to be from outside at the back of the building. If you're a light sleeper and don't like ear-plugs I'd recommend asking for a room higher than the first floor, possibly to the front and on the right side of the hotel.

Very pleasant staff Parking is for free and inside a protected zone. There is a nice restaurant just beside the hotel with many meal choices and excellent price/quality.

Comfortable bed.

The room layout was good for a family room with a separate sleeping area with two single beds for the children. Often family rooms have camp beds/sofa beds for the kids so this was much appreciated. The beds were comfy and the room and bathroom were very clean. The check in lady was very friendly and polite when we arrived.

Unfortunately our room was next to the lift and it sounded like an aeroplane was taking off each time it came up. As the noise continued intermittently until around midnight it was very difficult to get the children to sleep. Otherwise the hotel was very quiet with only a little noise from outside. Another minus point was the breakfast which was rather basic. We were looking forward to a lovely French continental style breakfast before a long drive home but it felt like were we at school or prison! The check in lady mentioned the system was due to Covid, however, we ate in several cafes and restaurants during our week long stay in France and nowhere else had such a basic, joyless structure. We had to choose what we wanted when we checked in and had to select an exact time. The options were ok - hot drink/juice, croissant/pain au chocolat, cereals/fruit/yogurt. When we arrived in the morning it was handed to us on a small plastic tray with no plates or bowls. The hot drinks were given in small paper cups that you’d use for a water dispenser which made it impossible to brew tea. The serving lady looked it me like I was mad when I asked (in French) if they had a cup or mug. Luckily the tea making facilities in the room were decent and I was able to make a better cup of tea before check out. Sorry for the moan; it was just rather disappointing.
