Sarantis, Georgia and Zoe..the family who run the hotel were so welcoming, friendly and obliging from day 1. The hotel itself was immaculate and the rooms were furnished to very high modern standards. Breakfast is a substantial tasty offering. They helped us with choices for restaurants etc which were all spot on. 5 minutes walk to the centre and the beach. Highly recommended and we will return!

Location is good. Close to the center and the city beach. Street parking, but not to hard to find space. Staff is polite and welcoming. Breakfast is good.

Even If I put DND sign, the cleaning staff entered the room (they waited for us to get out).

Modern, clean, good location, nice breakfast. The hosts were very nice and polite, and very professional.

The hotel is less than a minute walk from the centre of Chanioti and 5 min walk to the beach. The owners and the staff were beyond friendly and hospitable. They truly embody hospitality - they were always there to help and have a chat and give recommendations. Very personable. The room was clean and the terrace and the pool were amazing, both within the room and in the general area. The facilites were all there and breakfast was great and varied. Full recommendations.

the staff was great. everything was very clean. the room was cleaned every day & the towels were changed we had the suite with the private pool, which was also always clean the pool was big & deep enough. the location couldn’t be better. the parking situation is a bit problematic but however, it was a great stay

Our stay at the Sarantis was truly wonderful. Everything was perfectly clean and the service by the sraff was superb. The location of this hotel was great, only 3-5 min. to the city center and the beach. Amazing hotel with all you need for your stay. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of choices( eggs, sausages, salat, cheese, jam, ham, breads, yoghurt muesli, greek olives, pastries, fruits, tea, coffe and more). Thanks again to the wonderful staff members who made our stay very enjoyable. Especially to Georgia( the lady at the front desk) and her family. They make people feel so welcome 😉 Glad we came to the Sarantis hotel and definitely would come back next time. If we could rate more than 10 we would. Best regards: Mihail & Tinka

Everything was fine.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are very clean.

Some of the guests were a bit noisy at the night and it's definately not okay to wake up at 3 AM because someone should make phone calls at the terrace.

I liked everything but most of all Giorgia s hospitality, when somenone makes you feel like you’re a kid again on vacation with your grandparents. The feeling is as if you are in a salon that will provide you with whatever service you have imagined and desired

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

Clean, quiet location, spatious room, good AC.

The parking can be an issue, there is an option to park on the streets in front of the hotel, but it is quite busy. The staff made an effort to help us finding an appropriate parking spot. The breakfast is too ordinary for a 6 days stay. It will be appreciated if the breakfast is more rich (including better fresh orange juice and coffee from a machine, with choices). Nice food is important for good start of the day for us.
