初めて和洋室の部屋でとても満足でした。

Room was spacious
Hotel reception had terrible service standards, especially for a four-star hotel. We arrived at 12.30pm to a dark and empty lobby, and were informed by the front desk that the staff handling check-ins would only arrive at 3pm.
They also managed our booking unethically. We made a booking from 15 Jul to 17 Jul, but was unable to arrive on 15 Jul due to delays and informed the hotel accordingly just for awareness. We did not cancel our booking. When we arrived the next day and checked if we could at least deposit our luggage in the room since we had the booking from the day before, the hotel informed us that the room was not available.

the view is stunning.
1. the location is remote to downtown, you can’t find any shops and restaurants around, we knew this when booking, however, we didn’t know the shuttle bus to downtown offered by the hotel ends very early and no taxi is willing to come after 5pm, in addition, dinner in the hotel requires reservation in advance, and it’s usually full around 4pm. therefore for new guests whose checkin time is 3pm, they are likely have nothing to eat: no shuttle, no taxi, dinner in hotel is full.

The staff were so nice and accommodating! They went out of their way to help me with my bus schedules and even drove me to the next bus stop when it left without me! I'm so grateful to them.

The facility is better than on the photo, looks newly renovated. Room was spacious and had a good ocean view. The public onsen was a good surprise, built by natural jade and was beautiful. Breakfast was good as well.
Nothing special. The hotel should update their photos on Booking.

I liked the view from our room. The food was good. The room was clean and the service is ok. We were satisfied with our stay. I won’t be ashame to recommend it to my friends.

it’s remodeled and the room was comfortable. the Ibsen was nice , the buffet was good.
it was quite expensive but it was worth it. Shiretoko is a very remote place and most hotels are hold and ugly

It was a very comfortable resort hotel with a great view and excellent facilities. The room was huge, with plenty of space for sleeping and relaxing. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good, with a wide variety of choices.
It would have been nice if the hotel had a lounge where adults could relax with beverages at the end of the night.

Beautiful, newly renovated room with great view. very quiet. exceptionally nice Onsen. great breakfast both in quality and variety. fantastic location close to the national park

Room was beautiful. Staff, especially the non-Japanese staff, were incredibly friendly, kind and helpful.
The buffet meals are a bit overwhelming with too much variety. Unmasked children were allowed to help themselves at the buffet without wearing a mask or gloves.

Location is not near public transportation as we didn't drive, but the hotel provide pick up service free of charge.
The reception staff didn't speak English, there is only one staff who can speak fluent English, we were bumped into the one who can't speak. So we ended up takes more time to communication and get help from our Japanese speaking friend to help talk to the car driver.
