Not happy at all Spoke to the manager of the hotel explained to him that I have a family emergency and need to leave earlier exactly 10 days before my check out and asked for a refund told me I would get it once they spoke to the head and then when I left I get a rejection on my payment. Very unfair and shouldn’t be promising and then not keeping your word. Apart from that hotel rooms where very outdated old and just down right lower tier then what they advertised.

All the other staff was nice helpful and they knew what and how to treat people. It was pleasant. The music was always good and not too loud. The animators always made things interesting and the bartenders were always friendly. The weightiers were always really polite and smiling.

The front desk staff was not really interested in helping. First day we came to hotel after opening the Klima it made alot of water spill on the bed. We went to tell the front desk about it and they just looked at us angry and gave us another key for another room and said move to that room. No sorry nothing.

Cleanliness and near town

Food is appalling,no safe in bedrooms toilet paper might give you urine infection it's that bad of s quality. Too noisy, there's never internet.

The staff where amazing, food good, with plenty of choice.

The outside facilities could have been cleaner, no toilet paper in bathroom, full rubbish bins, pool tables dirty. I didn't think it was right that the kids had to pay to use games, like table tennis, pool, etc.
