Habitación amplia, cerca del centro urbano
Desayuno buffet justo, poca variedad de productos, buena calidad.
Facilidad de aparcamiento sin coste.
Se nota el paso de los años, sin estar mal necesita una actualización

La habitación no corresponde a un hotel de tres estrellas.
Ningún bar o cafetería cercano, solo la del hotel cuando abre

Lo calentito que se estaba y la ducha, sencilla pero funciona perfectamente, no como esas griferías termostáticas tan liosas. El colchón también muy cómodo.
La almohada un poco fina, vamos, que le hace falta un cambio ya creo yo.

The location was fine, and the view from my bedroom was good. The staff were helpful, and the house-cleaning staff were very accommodating.
The breakfast was not worth the €7.50/8.50--no hot food, yogurts, etc. (Quite basic) Neither the restaurant, nor the spa was open. To be fair I was notified of this beforehand; but what good is a spa hotel with no functioning spa or restaurant!? They had troubles with the heating system, but it got addressed without too much discomfort.

A warm welcome, excellent location, exceptionally clean, good size room with comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. The spa was fantastic.

The hotel was in a quiet location and parking was FREE, the room was an adequate size with nice views and good working air con.
Breakfast was also included in the price, which was a standard Spanish Buffet with everything you needed to set you up for the day.
There was no tourist information provided to help you find the tourist attractions in the area, which we thought strange.
The Spa did not seem to be staffed and we could find no information on pricing etc.
There were 2 vending machines in the reception area, both of which were empty, meaning you could not get a drink once the restaurant had closed and reception staff had left for the night.

It was a very quaint and peaceful hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The area of Riopar is beautiful with great hiking trails all around.
The wi-fi was not good. There was no refrigerator in the room.

the region, the people were nice
We needed to pay additionally for the SPA and Jacuzzi what was quite expensive for the time frame offered. as this was reduced due to probably Covid but not sure. The SPA was only 4 hours open a day ( 16.00hrs till 20.00) and the Jacuzzi was 30 euros for 1,5 hour as well in that same time frame.
What frustrates me the most is that we paid upfront, and when we chose to have breakfast outside as the quality and possibility was poor ( Only one type of ham, no possibility on eggs, no fresh juices, but nothing was exposed or shown, and what was shown was industrial.. ect ect) Anyway we could get the money back from the other days we did not take breakfast even after contacting the hotel.
