i enjoyed the stay as much as i could as single traveller,got beatifull room with jacuzzi,the food was tasty,waitress were very kind also gentleman’s at beach and of course Charlotte concierge was very nice and hepfull!I also noticed restaurant manager helped as much as he could to employee to run smooter operation,PS:i managed people too:)

Wellness was not very clean and smely,please improve the cleaness!Also internet connection was poor🧐

Location and the Hotel staff.

The bed was very small. Our balcony was next to the air conditioning system so very noisy. No blanket in room only sheets, we stayed in October so cold at night, when asked for blanket was told they did not have any.The food was cold when we did attempt to eat here. Security were rude. Swimming pool has no sun & was very cold.

Stayed here twice in October in both honeymoon and panoramic suites. Great size clean rooms and stunning views. Staff so friendly and welcoming and we could not fault anything. Great location and convenient for beach, shopping and walking or short bus ride distance to marina. Highly recommend & will definitely stay here again in the future

Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Reception and waiting staff were attentive and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Food was repetitive, lunch and dinner every day, same menu with a slight tweak. Had to eat out a few times. Crossing the road from the Emre Hotel to the dining room which was located at the Emre Beach hotel was a challenge most times. Very busy road and most of the traffic didnt stop at the pedestrian crossing.

We stayed here for 1 week. The staff at reception were very warm, polite and welcoming. The cleanliness was satisfactory and our room was cleaned regularly. Vast diversity of food options throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful, even though some of them did not speak English, they were all warm and extremely hardworking people, made us feel comfortable and accommodated. However, we are very disappointed by the arrogance and attitude of the manager towards us and towards his own staff. During lunch or dinner he would often shout at the staff in a very rude and loud manner, in front of us - the guests, without any obvious reason. We do not speak Turkish and we did not know what he was saying, but the intonation and his tone was enough. After a couple of days, a friend of ours visited us, who speaks Turkish and translated for us and confirmed our understanding of the whole situation. Furthermore, later on, we needed the manager's help, but we did not get any help from him, in fact, he had a very arrogant attitude towards us, he was straight up mean and rude. Utterly unprofessional behaviour towards his staff, from our point of view, it seemed like a modern day slavery. I don't know about Turkey, but coming from an EU member state, this is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for me and I am taking the time to write this extensive review as I simply cannot ignore what I saw! After we were absolutely sure what was happening, unfortunately our stay felt difficult, dark and depressing - being served by these amazing, warm people, who were treated so badly at their work place, truly felt uncomfortable and awful. I had the pleasure to meet some of them and that is why I am confident in writing this as a fact. Whilst you are being served by staffed managed by techniques from a few centuries ago, the stay simply cannot be pleasant. The name of the above mentioned manager is Baytukan and whilst he is there, we will not be visiting again for sure!

Staff were very kind and helpful, everything was very clean and facilities were to a good standard. The hotel overlooks a beautiful part of the Marmaris beach and is located close to the marina and bazar.

There was a lack of clarity re Emre Beach and Emre Hotel being separate buildings. Travelling across the road several times a day with wheelchairs was a headache and the hotel was not as disabled friendly as advertised. The Wifi was also quite poor

The breakfast was lovely lots of choice and good quality.

The staff, service, facilities and location are all absolutely exceptional. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming.the hotel is very affordable give the facilities and services provided.No doubt staying at Emre Hotel was one of the best things about Marmaris

Very nice and comfortable place, specially if you are traveling with someone with reduced mobility. Very nice and friendly staff who helped us to enjoy our holiday the most. My special gratitude to the kind lady in reception who made our check in and also Mr Sinan for his helps. Amazing people. I highly recommend it.

I have no complain

Rooms are huge and spacious. Bathroom is great. Bar in the lobby and main restaurant is refreshing. There are many different food and dessert options every day. Staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is directly next to the sea and there’s private beach. Thanks to Sinan and Ali Bey from the staff for making our experience better.

It was little bit crowded in the restaurant but it’s always solved.

The ants in the room when your clothes are on the floor and you go put them back on there are ants inside it and bed bugs where in the mattress my back and legs where red and itchy

location is perfect, staff are super friendly and nice , food is wonderful, all inclusive, many activities, daily cake and coffee break was lovely
