Location, facilities, communication

Slight odour, but think that was communal, not in the property itself.

Everything was perfect, super clean appartement. Suzanne was great, made de checkin so easy (even that we were more than an hour late), she welcomed us in the appartement with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. The view was amazing. Highly recommend if you are planning to stay in Estepona

Loved the welcome wine, fruit etc.. Thank you Beautifully decorated and very clean Great to have beach towels Really good to have things like olive oil, salt, pepper etc.. And shampoo and soap etc.. Air conditioning was fab especially as the temperature was around 36 degrees.

It would have been good to have had a third comfy chair on the balcany. I think the shower drainage probably needed a clear out as we had a couple of leaks from it when having a longer shower. The sand is very gritty and gets everywhere so guessing that might have been the culprit.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the sea. Very convenient location for beach, supermarket, shops and restaurants.

Bathroom sliding door was very difficult to fully close. I would suggest black out blinds/curtains in the main bedroom.

the location was both good and bad. it was walkable to both the old town and port. almost equally between them and right across the street from the beach but the apartments in the area were rather run down and unattractive from the curb. walking into the apartment was welcome because it was freshly remodelled so that would have helped the o really impression had we not had an unfortunate visit from an enormous cockroach. it coloured the rest of the visit

the cockroach. and we kept no food around that should have attracted it. the building obviously has issues because we saw at least three dead ones on the stairs outside and the owner keeps spray under the kitchen sink. we were told they are common in Spain but I did not experience them in any other hotel I stayed in. the host was not terribly responsive at first in getting us set up in the property. we informed booking.com of our arrival time but she was not there. her phone number went to voicemail and I was finally able to CB on etc via what’s app. just all very confused. we travel a great deal and use this service all the time. I have only this time found it to be disappointing in all aspects.

Fantastic apartment .

Apartment was refurbished to a very high standard and was in a good location for walking to both the marina and the old town. It has a wonderful view of the sea and is close to useful local facilities e.g. supermarket. A nice touch was the welcome pack of fresh fruit, water, wine and nibbles!

The apartment is front line to the promenade and beach but the coast road in front is quite busy most of the time however, glazed windows keep out the noise. Main bedroom is at the rear of property and very quiet so no trouble sleeping.

The view every morning was exceptional. And the location was great. Just ten minutes walk to the marina or ten minutes in the other direction to the ole town. The apartment has everything you need and the lady who looks after it (and you!) is fantastic, thank you

I didn’t realise it was above shops or that there was quite a busy road below that runs along the coast. Sitting on the balcony is quite a noisy experience. I also think saying it’s a 2 bedroom place is stretching it a bit. The other bedroom isn’t even a box room. It’s more walk in wardrobe size. You certainly couldn’t have 4 adults in there, in my opinion.
