position was great and really comfortable.

Different choices for breakfast were excellent as was food and eggs are freshly laid by the hens Hannah and Buttercup. Accommodation was fabulous and clean with wonderful views but it was Patti that made the stay so enjoyable as so helpful and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. I noticed there were clean dressing gowns provided in the wardrobe. Tea and coffee facilities with (I think it was homemade) shortbread and different teas in the room. The towels and face cloth were excellent quality. Bubble bath, and miniature shampoo, shower gels etc were also provided and I noticed a candle in the bathroom (I had requested room with bath) that could be lit if desired. I had brought some provisions for supper and Patti kindly provided plates, cutlery and glasses. There was also a sitting area for guests. Would happily recommend this B&B to anyone and everyone.

I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like. I would be lying to say if there was anything I didn't like.

Spotlessly clean, good decor, exceptional breakfast, plenty leaflets giving information of activities and places to visit in the area. The hostess was a very friendly and welcoming host.

Excellent location with lovely view of the hills from the breakfast table.. Fantastic hosts who were very welcoming and helpful (e.g managed to book us into a restaurant at short notice). Great breakfast, spotless room with many personal touches e.g. homemade shortbread, vast DVD collection etc.

Patti & Jim we’re fabulous hosts who made us feel relaxed and welcome in their beautiful B&B from start to finish. They were friendly and very attentive - nothing was too much bother. The room was light, spacious, warm with an extremely comfortable bed with superior quality bed lined. The bathroom was spacious and well equipped with lovely towels and toiletries. Our room had a lovely tray of teas, coffee and fresh milk as well as a jar of fabulous home made shortbread. The breakfast was amazing with an extensive choice of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, freshly squeezed Orange juice, smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, fresh kippers, everything for a full cooked breakfast as well as croissants and freshly made bread. the value for money was fantastic and, if we ever visit Aberfeldy again, we will definitely book Braes House again.

The driveway up to the property is a little bumpy & uneven and there’s not much room for parking but, when you’ve been up it once you know what to expect - and this would not deter us from returning.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of good quality fruits, and cooked to order english breakfast or salmon with scrambled eggs. The quality of the bacon, sausages and salmon was excellent. The breakfast room was beautiful. It is rare to find accommodation like Brae House where so much care has been taken to ensure that guests have everything they need for a most comfortable stay. The cafetière and home made biscuits in the table at the corner of our room was another welcomed surprise.

It is rare to say that I could not find anything in this accommodation that I did not like!!!
