Services from Md. Goretti were exceptional, I would recommend her again and again. Breakfast was to standard.

The Hotel facilities were wonderful, clean and with exceptionally helpful staff. The Gentleman who drove me to the airport was on time ( 5am) , very helpful and friendly ( Mr Kemboi ) I will definitely recommend this hotel . The proximity to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport is also a great thing because you do not have to experience the Nairobi traffic Jam when you are heading to the airport.

They have a charge for early check in so for me who arrived at 8am , I had to wait outside until 2 pm with all my sleep in the compound. Other than that, the rest of my experience was great especially due to the high level of cooperation of the staff.

We enjoyed a lot our stay in Boma Inn. The personal was extremely kind, especialy Caroline from reception. Spa workers were also very kind. We will come back!

The Breakfast was excellent

The Hotel checked me into a room that I didn't order. I had to threaten to leave and they give me the proper room.

Friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning did not work and even though it was cold outside (which would have made our room very comfortable), there were no window screens so we could not have the window open. We were very hit and it seriously affected out sleep.

I didn't have breakfast as left at 05.45

A face cloth would have been nice.

Great hotel to be. The location is perfect for easy commute all over Nairobi coz it's near the express highway so coming and going to the airport is easy and faster. Staff are very friendly and helpfull

the Tv was just boring at..

Everything was perfect except the MOSQUITOES! Hundreds of thousands was doing “zzzzzz” all night and bites. So if you want to sleep well, don’t forget to take a mosquito repellent with you.
