Lovely relaxing weekend with friends. Unit has everything we needed and then some. Great experience.

The property is very convenient for exploring Sevierville and the surrounding area including Great Smokey National Park. The house has lovely decks and views of the lake. Our was a good size for our group of nine. We loved the games and puzzles provided.

Me and my family (6 ppl) stayed a week for spring break, and it was amazing! The house was clean and nicer than we expected. Definitely big enough for all of us which was great. Showers were nice, washer and dryer worked, and can’t forget about the view! Waking up seeing the lake was beautiful every morning, and the location of the house was great. We were able to drive 30ish minutes to great fishing spots and to pigeon forge. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a good stay there were a few things like we were not told that the lake was very low one of the bedrooms sheets were put on the bed wet so before they could go to sleep after driving from Florida they had to dry the sheets one of the bedroom doors didn’t close it’s not working right and it doesn’t seem like they but much money back into there rental property, but overall we had a good family vacation don’t think we would stay at this particular property again though

Great location on Douglas Lake. Plenty of room for everyone. There was a couple spots on the kitchen floor where the rug was damaged but overall the house was clean and comfortable.

Very nice cabin. Cabin was clean and nicely furnished. Had a great view of lake Douglas from the deck of the cabin. Grand kids really enjoyed the gaming system. We took our boat and had a great time skiing and tubing. Cabin is only 30 minutes away from Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this cabin.

We really enjoyed this little lake house in a very quiet neighborhood. Lake access was pretty easy. The boys enjoyed being able to fish whenever they wanted although it was very warm the week we went and not a ton of catching happening. Layout was interesting with the one bedroom downstairs with a completely separate entrance but our oldest teenager throughly enjoyed having his own space. Close to a supermarket and about 35-40 min to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Everyone we encountered throughout out stay was very pleasant. House was well stocked with games, videos, books and a few video games if you needed to pass any time. I would suggest researching some of the things you would like to do as far as shows (Hatfield & McCoy, Pirates of Caribbean and the Stampede show) required tickets and were not often available the day of. Other things were closed on some days (Dollywood closed Tues & Thurs) not that it affected our trip negatively at all. Our family highly suggests making your own knife at Bar T Forge, renting a boat and tube from Douglas Lake Rentals, Pigeon Forge if you like less busy (and go during the daytime. Got pretty packed at night) or Gatlinburg if you like more of a walkable hustle and bustle. We would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful time here! The lake is beautiful & the home had everything we needed. It was a perfect vacation for our family! The kids loved jumping in the lake at the end of our days out & about. It was a great spot to rent a boat for a day as well.

Good place to stay with family.Only thing is that it’s a big party house and when it comes to showers only a 2-3 people get hot water. Some of the bed spreads need to be replace. And what I really dislike is that one of the rooms is separated from the house. So who ever stays there if they want a glass of water a night has to go outside then in the house. It might be ok in summer but in winter it’s was to cold. Other than that it was great.

We had a group of 13 staying for a week. Of course we ran out of hot water! The place is clean and nice with a wonderful view. Only complaints is they are in need of a new bed in one of the rooms. (There is a sink hole in the middle. )Also definitely need to upgrade the towels and linens. It is kinda misleading cause it is an older mobile home.

Very pleased with how clean the property was when we arrived. Gorgeous view, nice furnishings. Negatives are the rundown neighborhood and that the owner has a cap on the A/C at 72 which is not cool enough for sleeping. I wouldn't recommend this for a summer rental for this reason.

Nice place. The bedding could be improved a bit, but not bad. A little strange having to take your trash somewhere. Lake gets low this time of year, but still very nice. Close to lots of things to do and see.

The accommodations where just as they stated on line. Really enjoyed the walk to the lake a fishing time. Only complaint I have is the temp of the place. I think setting the on at least 70 instead of 72 sure would have helped. Everyone was very helpful which meant a lot to me.Would come back to this place again.

The property was great! We enjoyed the lake and had everything we needed to have a relaxing weekend. Wish they had WiFi.

Listing was disceptive. TV was over the air tv and no internet. The over the air tv was switched 3 years ago. And the router was taken out recently. The yard to the lake is very steep and steps to dock was very steep. The house was nice the flying bugs at night was a nightmare unless you left the porch lights off.

Great location! Great dock! Overall 10/10 stay, we had an amazing time! The only issue we had was the temperature of the house. The thermostat was locked at 72 degrees and unable to be changed. We were there in mid June on days when it was excess of 80 degrees, 72 interior temperature was not cool enough. We used the ceiling fans but still we struggled to get cooled off even in middle of night. I completely understand the necessity for maintaining a temperature there for electricity bills, but we are paying a heavy price to stay there to be miserable at night while sleeping. We would go again, but will be sure to take box fans for each room to help cool the internal temp down. Thanks for the fun week!

We had a fabulous time. The place was clean, and we had plenty of space for everyone. I had a few questions before we arrived, and the property manager/owner was very responsive. Everything we could possibly need was available. We are already thinking of going back.

With our big family this was great!!! The view was beautiful although a bit of a drive to get to cabin. Could have used more than one extra roll of toilet paper for the amount of days we were there. The house did stay a bit hot and we had no way to turn the heat off because it was locked. But the accommodation were great, comfy beds, and we spent a bit of time on the front and back Porch and the kids enjoyed playing their game boards outside looking at the stars which they don’t get in the city!

We had a fantastic time and the property was beautiful! We came late fall so I’d love to come back and see it when the lake is full. Absolutely beautiful location!

The house was very efficient and roomy, bed in master bedroom squeaked every time you moved but slept good. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The view is awesome ,even though the Lake was low.
