Our stay was perfect. The Respite B&B is absolutely beautiful. Our room was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable, we all slept like babies. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee or our evening wine out on the balcony. In all the years we have been coming to the Quilt Show this is by far the nicest place that we have stayed. Check this place out you will not be disappointed!!!

The room was beautiful. Very quiet, the neighborhood was nice. Location was great, walking distance to many things, unfortunately the weather didn’t allow us much walking. We opted for breakfast in house both mornings. It was very nice and we loved visiting with our hostess. Paducah is a friendly city. Would def stay here again

We stayed for a girls trip and could not have picked a better place! Such friendly owners and a wonderful quiet location. Definitely recommend staying here!

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect. Easy to walk to downtown Paducah and the riverfront. When I reserved the room, had no idea the annual BBQ festival was being held during my stay, that was an added bonus!
My only suggestion is that the host includes bottled water/snacks for the room.

Great place, quick communication, and short walk to a brewery, food, bourbon, downtown. Perfect. Also the voucher for the Gold Rush cafe was well used in bread pudding waffles.

This property is gorgeous. The room was very spacious and a quick walk to downtown. The host was very accommodating. Our room was quiet and honestly more than I could have hoped for. I will absolutely stay here again.

The codes was all that were needed for check in.
The room massive size and beds ere very comfortable.
The outside patio with fans were awesome and relaxing.
The breakfast was welcome and delicious.
The coffee in the room was a great addition.

My sister and I went to Paducah, KY to see the famous quilt museum and wanted to stay at a quiet, scenic bed and breakfast. The Respite B and B was exactly what we wanted. Lovely eclectic furniture throughout, very clean, excellently organized with wonderful mattresses and lovely linens.

This lovely inn could hardly be more convenient or well-appointed. A pleasant stroll from town, the Respite was a delightful place to come back to with its comfortable beds and welcoming common areas. Check-in was a breeze and the innkeeper was an excellent communicator.

The Respite B & B was beyond delightful. Truly a gem! Our room was clean, quiet and spacious. The entire B & B was welcoming and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was delicious too. We were sad our stay was just one night. We definitely plan on returning for a longer stay as this place truly provided respite.

The location was great and the area felt very safe. We walked down to the river and several restaurants. If we come back to Paducah, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

I love that the house and the rooms were updated and nice. The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was fantastic and delicious.I highly recommend this place. I love that the house and the rooms were updated and nice. The breakfast on Saturday and Sunday was fantastic and delicious.I highly recommend this place. Wonderful B&B!!!
The Respite is simply amazing. Our room was spacious and very clean. The bed was more comfortable than the one I sleep on at home. The house is just gorgeous and so peaceful and relaxing. Shelley is a wonderful host and knows all about the Paducah area. She made a great breakfast at the house, but we choose to use the breakfast vouchers to sample the local spots. The Gold Rush Cafe has a tremendous breakfast. I highly recommend the bread pudding waffles and biscuits n gravy. The B&B is in a perfect location, walking distance to the river and downtown. Will definitely plan another stay at The Respite!

We really liked being so close to Broadway Street in downtown Paducah. It was an easy walk. The breakfast vouchers were very nice too. The closet is unbelievably big!

Respite was lovely! The decor, the cleanliness, and the owners are top rate. The owners communicated with us often and were eager to make our stay pleasant. The history of the building is interesting.
