Excellent location for everything BV has to offer. Most places are within a short walk. The house is on the new side and very well appointed. We enjoyed the back deck every day. Be sure to go to the bakery located in a tiny house that shares the alley just a couple of doors down. It's only open Friday and Saturday from 7-1 or thereabouts and has unique, excellent pastries and burritos. One thing to note: the house is located across the street from a tire service garage. The first morning we woke to the high-pitched "zippp!" sound of the pneumatic nut-loosening wrench, which we heard most weekdays during our 25-day stay. Note that this was during the summer and the shop doors were kept open, so it probably wouldn't be noticeable when it's colder and the house windows and garage door are closed. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond and is up there with the best hosts I've ever had.

You couldn't ask for a better place to call home base when you visit Buena Vista. The property is in a great location - within walking distance of everything you will want to do/see in BV. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed (and more) throughout the course of our stay and Dan was very accommodating and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I frequently stay in VRBOs and I honestly think this was my favorite property yet. The home looks brand new - modern layout and appointments, lovely decor, lots of light and a well stocked kitchen. The work spaces in the kitchen were ideal if you get stuck having to check in with the office. The very private back yard is a great place to hang out with a nice patio set up. And the master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms upstairs so you have a bit of privacy if you have kids, or rent with another couple. It's also only a few blocks from some really great restaurants. The owners were very nice and the home is very clean. Note to High Lonesome 100 or Collegiate Peak runners - this is the ideal place for you and your crews to stay for the races. I look forward to coming back!

What a well-thought out VRBO! Every convenience, every comfort was provided. I am so impressed with the outstanding communication by the owner and the cleanliness of the unit. We will certainly want to come again. Buena Vista, who knew?

This is an amazing property, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay here again. The home is spacious, equipped with anything/everything you can think of, decorated so beautifully, and very comfortable. We loved the outdoor seating and privacy of the backyard. The location is perfect, in the middle of all BV has to offer. The host was extremely responsive as we had questions.

Spacious, clean, new, beautiful home. Walking distance (2 short blocks) to downtown BV. Well stocked and supplied kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy parking in front. We stayed in Feb and heat worked great. Easy to book and communicate with owners. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our group of 7 women! They had all you need and more! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything and the decor is spot on! Very comfortable and accommodating! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Reserving both homes next door to each other really made a difference in the ability to gather together. So close to town, as well.

This property was lovely. Very spacious and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well stocked with basic toiletries as well as an extensive amount of cookware. We were close to everything the area has to offer in rafting, zip lines, hiking, etc.

Loved the design! We enjoyed our stay. Rental was oh so spacious. Had everything that we needed. KItchen was great. Living room was very comfortable for lounging. Plenty of room to eat at 1 of 2 bars/countertops or at the family table. Played few rounds of poker with the family. TV's were easy to operate. Great parking. Easy access. Close to everything in town. Downstairs bathroom was handy and both bathrooms upstairs were very nice and equipped. Favorite thing was the design, decor, and layout! One recommendation to manager/owner is to please put a bench by front door area where you walk in the door to allow guests to easily take off their shoes (which they recommend) Also this did not affect our 5 stars that we gave, just an fyi- there is a alley behind the rental so can be a bit noisy to whomever is sleeping in the master bedroom. I was hoping to sleep in for a treat, but assuming it was the garage truck picking up dumpster early in the am. Still had great trip/experience. Would stay again!

The entire process was seamless. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Quick access to Main Street.

In a great spot to get to skiing, hot springs, downtown or elsewhere. Very clean and well taken care of. The radiant floor heating is wonderful. The owners made the check in/check out process very easy and were very responsive to our communications with them. Perfect size for our family of 5 but more could have fit as well. We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice, new place to get away.

Great space, plenty of room to cook and congregate in the open living space! Nice back yard to enjoy the weather. A block away from Main Street with restaurants and fun shopping

This place was amazing. It had everything we needed; proximity to town, laundry, parking, modern design and s double full sized bunk room for our 3 & 5 year old. Dan was very communicative and told us everything we needed to know before we arrived. Highly recommended for staying in or near Buena Vista!

Perfect place if you are looking for a cool, modern mountain town home in BV. Literally right downtown to walk to restaurants and shops, even in the dead of winter. Dan was readily available when we accidentally locked the closet door to let us know we’re the key was! Everything we needed was there and the style was right on. We had 4 adults and 4 kids/young adults with plenty of room. This was our home base to ski Monarch with a day at Breck. Thanks Dan. We will be back!
