This place was amazing and everything I needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The property had so many amenities it kept the 10 teenagers we had with us very busy. I rented a boat from the owners and it was to convenient. I highly recommend and will be back

We had both 4 bedrooms houses on this property and it was awesome. We had young kids who could play in the water off the beach with all the toys set up by the owners. We had access their large dock and rented boats with ease. The area was plenty large enough for both houses to hang out and cook. Would absolutely stay here again.

The listing and reviews were glowing, and the actual property did not disappoint. The house is virtually new, very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and fully equipped. The only downside is that it is not close to a grocery store, so some pre-planning is really helpful. Despite that, the property exceeded expectations, and we had a wonderful stay.

We had a great time on our golf trip and enjoyed having such a great house to hang out afterward. The two living areas made for great space for the eight of us to enjoy each others company. Hosts were super nice and it was everything we had hoped for.

What I ioved about this property is that it's pretty new, very clean and has plenty of room for our group of 15 family members. Close enough to Auburn to catch the game and get back to enjoy the place. Excellent host.

Beautiful place. Everything was so fresh and up to date. We literal brought our clothes and groceries everything was well stocked. We had 13 people and everyone was very comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had three of the four houses in Holiday Cove for our extended family! Already planning to go back next year and reserve all four! Outstanding location! Dock with steps into the water and room to dock the three boats we had! Fans, lights and plenty of chairs and tables on dock. Nice little sand beach for kids. Very clean! Comfortable beds! Very spacious!

Had a wonderful stay for a gorgeous weekend on the lake. This 2 1/2 story house slept all 12 of of so comfortably. Loved having the two full kitchens and enough space for everyone to spread out nicely. Marian is so easy to communicate and very prompt in responding. The pavilion and beach are is a super bonus! Would highly recommend!

This house and location on the lake is truly amazing. The pictures don't do it justice and it is even better in person; so clean, new, fully stocked, EVERYTHING!. Can't recommend this location enough. We will be looking to come back soon!

The property was perfect for our large group. The hosts were very easy to work with and the home fit our needs with the common spaces both upstairs and downstairs. We received prompt replies to our questions. We will definitely use this property again if we back come to Lake Martin.

We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful home. I wasn’t very happy with the kitchen sink being half clean. There’s not a lot of restaurants nearby (under 15 mins). The owner is very sweet and informative.. I would consider this stay again but I’ll have plenty of food options I’ll need to bring with me.

We will be staying here again! I am already looking to book for next year. Perfect for family and friends. We booked two of the four houses on this property and was very pleased with the convenience and location!

The property owners wasn’t suppose to have no contact with us, they kept coming around and questioning us. We felt like we had no privacy, they started cutting grass while we were there, the rocks hit us from the lawn mower. They ruined our event, the worse stay possible.

We had a wonderful experience at your lovely lake house! We had way more beds then we needed with just 6 of us staying there, but there was plenty of room for more to sleep and cheaper then getting hotel rooms! The house was nicely furnished and decorated in a lake theme with a beautiful view of the water! The outside area was so nice and the back porch was a great place to hang out as well. We regret we didn’t book for more nights to enjoy the lake more as we were there for the Auburn/Penn State game. Let’s just say our Penn State friends were happier about the outcome then the rest of us! War Eagle always!

Best vacation ever!!!
This property could not have been more perfect for our family vacation! We rented all four houses and they were all fantastic!! Each house is decorated so nice and they were all so clean and well stocked! The beach area was perfect for the kids and we all enjoyed swimming! We cooked out and made s’mores by the fire pit!
I do not have one complaint. It was phenomenal!! We will be back!! Marian and Brad are amazing hosts and made our stay so enjoyable!!

Best Location, Great Local Owners!
Our family took it's first vacation all together here at the Lake House, it was a blast, we loved it. Newborns, toddlers, teens, and parents & grandparents, we all loved it! Something for everyone.

Great host and great property
We had 8 adults and 3 children at the property. It was a wonderful place to stay. There was plenty of room and 2 kitchens plus an outdoor grill (the outdoor grill was a little small but we made due). The covered dock was a great place for meals to be able to take in the view. We loved having the fire pit for cool nights and smores. The hosts were extremely quick to respond to questions on the app prior to arrival and 1 question we had while at the property. I would recommend them and this property to anyone looking to enjoy Lake Martin.

Amazing House - Right On The Water
Myself and several of my buddies were playing our way through the RTJ trail. This house was the perfect situation for us as it was 30 minutes from Grand National and also had plenty of space for several grown adults. The 2nd kitchen downstairs is where we spent most of our time, playing cornhole right off the deck and grilling out each night. Will definitely be back!

Christmas on the Lake
The house is amazing. My family and I really enjoyed each other in this beautiful lake house. The only thing we didn’t know was that we would not have access to the lake as said in the listing. The night before arriving I inquired about the pontoon boat and was then told we wouldn’t have access due to the lake being lowered by 10 feet this winter. Our sole purpose for booking this location was for the lake. There needs to be some type of note mentioned in the winter season so renters know that they will not have access to the LAKE at a LAKE House. We are not from this area so we didn’t and wouldn’t have known the rules of the lake in the winter months.

We had a great family Christmas together. The house was beautiful. The only thing we commented on was that there needs to be another bathroom, but other than that, it was great.

Great again
This is our second year staying here and it was just as good as it was last year. We stayed here for our annual family Christmas reunion. The place is very clean. It's in a great location and the owners provide great customer service, although I've never really needed them. My family really enjoyed their stay and hope to do it again next year. I highly recommend it.

Great weekend getaway!
We rented this house with 11 of us and had plenty of room- and the place is beautiful! So much to do and so much room. We had everything we needed and whatever we didn’t have was easy access right down the road!
