We had a great time here! Good location, quiet, and comfortable. The surrounding property and amenities were great and it was in walking distance to several places to eat and Bridge St. We would absolutely stay again.

Will’s condo was everything that was mentioned. It was clean and updated. Beach was just across the street. Had everything we needed. Our only complaint was that we shared a wall with the people next to us and you could hear them talking and moving around.

There was a little hiccup upon arrival but Will fixed it. We will definitely stay here again and recommended to friends and family!

Stayed two nights, condo was very nice. Owned contacted me quickly with a question that I had. Beach was very nice which was across the street from the property.

Location was great! Quick walk to beach with chairs available. Pool was great. There are two pools on site. We used just one and enjoyed it. Property was clean and felt very safe. The condo was exactly as described! Clean and everything we needed. Will, the owner gave great directions for check in! Would stay here again!

Beautiful area, condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room for 2 people (my sister and me..) Huge, comfortable king sized bed. Nice roomy closets. Excellent bathroom with privacy door between double sink vanity area and shower /toilet. Fully equipped cheery kitchen. Private, roomy screened in balcony . And the beach was magnificent......

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Unit needs some maintenance completed throughout. Remotes were not working properly so we spent $10 on batteries and fixed them. They do not disclose that there is an adjoining bedroom/bath with just an interior door between them. It was rented to some very noisy renters who kept us up half of the night. Probably were not come back.

Great place to stay for families with small children. Short, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Very clean and spacious living area. Very relaxing condo! Host was very responsive. Can’t wait to come back and/or check out other Condos by host!

Very nice, clean condo right in the heart of Anna Maria. Just a short 2 minute walk across the street to the beach. The condo has been modernized and is very up-to date and clean. Parking is included in the garage beneath the condo. Overall very well done, and at a good price too.

The rental was very clean and decorated well. The mattress is very firm, not my husbands and my personal preference but overall fine. Would have enjoyed more beach equipment ie extra umbrella but otherwise no complaints.

Condo is perfect for a couple. We had a wonderful time. Easy walk to several restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. Beach right across the street and enjoyed the pool.

I really enjoyed the property at this rental. The unit is exactly as described in the listing. The beach is a short walk across the street with plenty of beach chairs available. The unit was clean and tidy. I appreciated the extra towels and linens (should we have needed them). We were only there for 3 nights so we didn't need much. I would definitely rent this unit again. Will (host) was very responsive and easy to work with. Parking was great and 2 parking passes were there for us. We only needed one, but another was available should we have had a guest visit for the day. The location is great. Steps to the AMI trolley as well as many great bars and restaurants. I saw many of the neighbors. I could not tell if they are renters or condo owners, but all were very friendly and welcoming. I only have 2 scenarios that were not ideal. Not the owners fault by any means. Just putting these out there for your consideration.The ceiling fans were very dusty. Again this is not the owners fault and maybe the cleaning service has fan cleaning on a certain rotation. I didn't want to use the fans as I was worried the dust would fly everywhere. The unit does look over the neighboring buildings parking lot and pool. It was a little loud at times, but we were gone mostly during the day, but was loud in the morning. There was a portable fan in the closet for us to use to drown out the noise in the morning. All in all, we had a great time in a great condo. 10/10 would recommend

This condo is located perfectly. Beach across the street. The shuttle bus stops right in front of the resort - easy to get around with having to deal with the lack parking on AMI. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Use of the heated pool was great. Open parking garage. The unit is spacious and clean. Large bathroom. It does need some minor updating - kitchen cabinets, shower heads, dw - the difference between a 5 star and the 4 star given.

Spacious condo with wonderful amenities including pool, beach access and overall AMI location. Host was very responsive and professional.

The condo was lovely very spacious and clean, great location and the pools at the resort were lovely and warm, just a short walk across the road to the beautiful white sand beach, pathways perfect for cycling along the island. Highly recommended.

I would HIGHLY recommend this condo. It was great for my husband and I as well as 2 16 year olds who stayed on the sofa sleeper. We will be back!

Perfect for my husband and I. We were able to park 2 vehicles so we rented a golf cart. Location was perfect to view the sunsets every evening from the beach. Bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is that we noticed the balcony and floors could have been cleaner.
