My family and I have stayed in the condos here before and decided we wanted to try a villa this time, we were all blown away with this place! It’s in like new condition, beautiful and feels very private. There are plenty of amenities within the grounds and especially in the villa, pack your bags and book this, you won’t regret it! We were all sad to leave such an amazing home.

Host went above and beyond!!! Will stay with them again and am telling all our friends !!! Can’t say enough about them !!

Property is beautiful! Great space for our family of of five adults and one 2 year old grandson. Ground level was perfect for the grandson. Kitchen was well equipped. The condo was absolutely spotless upon arrival. Communication with owner was easy and we hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Bob and family for sharing your home.

This villa was the perfect location for our extended family vacation. The space was bright and beautiful, exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen and BBQ items. Lots of useful baby items and beach chairs. Direct access to the pool from the lanai made it easy for our family to come and go. The resort area is also amazing, with great pools, beach access, restaurants and close proximity to a food truck park. Communication with the owners was prompt and professional, and we appreciated the level of detail. Highly recommend this villa!

This condo has everything you need. Very well maintained, great location, short stroll to the breach, pool right outside your patio, food trucks a short walk away as well as Dukes Beach House restaurant. The owner, Bob, responded immediately to the few questions we had!

This unit was wonderful and met the needs of a diverse group of ages and interests. It was a luxurious condo with access to many amenities that enhanced our stay. Within our unit there were resources that made traveling with children easier and more comfortable. The owner was great about communicating often and being available for questions. He made our last day, and the check out process, very smooth which allowed us to have a stress-free experience! We all look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing time at Bob and Linda’s garden villa. It was exactly what was pictured and expected. It was great to be on the first floor with a lanai especially with little ones. The pool in the villa area was great and literally right off the lanai. Access to Honua Kai Resort was great especially with Dukes on site. Also right there were food trucks which were awesome. Bob responded quickly when I had a question and checked on us to make sure the stay was going well. They also had toddler plates and utensils, which was a plus. They also had baby amenities such as a bouncer and piano mat which was great for my 4 month old. We stayed in it with grandparents and there was plenty of room for everyone. Furthermore you had access to a garage and parking space right there which was very helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again.

We really enjoyed our time! Bob was very communicative and accommodating. The place was super clean and close to all the things we wanted it to be close to! This is a place we will annually stay at!

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for 4 adults and 3 kids. It’s within steps of a great kid-friendly pool and gorgeous beach. We saw a sea turtle while snorkling right in front of the resort on our very first day! Highly recommend!

As another reviewer said, if they could give more than 5 stars they would and we agree. This villa is wonderful. Huge, clean, high-end everything, and very comfortable. Great location - a lovely pool if you want a quick dip steps from your lanai, a short walk to the resort pools and beach, and 5-10 minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lahaina. The huge kitchen and outdoor grill had everything you needed. We grilled dinner on the lanai several nights and made pancakes one morning for breakfast. And we opened the wall of sliding glass doors leading to the lanai in the morning to let the fresh cool air in. It was lovely. Our only regret was that we could not spend more time there!

If I could give the property more than 5 stars, I would! This condo is perfectly located within the Honua Kai resort. Spacious, ground floor unit, only steps away from the private pool/hot tub and a few steps away from the resort pools, etc. It's the best of both, guests can return to their quiet sanctuary and walk across the walkway to have the hustle and bustle of the resort. The condo itself was AMAZING!!! Clean, modern, and well equipped with all the basic necessities. We were there with 2 families (including 4 teens). We never felt crowded or on top of one another. Also, the grocery store is across the street making trips to the store so easy! The owner, Bob, was wonderful to work with, very informative, and super quick to reply. Never waited more than 10 minutes for a response. I would definitely book this condo again!

Great location with access to the beach. My teenagers loved having their own rooms.

Property was perfect; check k in was super easy, Villa was spotless with everything needed to enjoy the week. All the appliances, including the grill was great quality. We enjoyed having the conveniences of the resort with a more private spot in front of pool during our stay. We would definitely come again and book at same location!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful and has everything you can possibly need. They even have beach chairs, a cooler and boogie boards for the renters to use. We don’t have small children but we thought it was adorable that they have a pack’n play, sippie cups and a floatie for people with little ones. If you stay at VRBO’s regularly you will appreciate that the kitchen was especially well appointed and even the knives were sharp! The communication on the part of the owner and property was truly amazing. They really made us feel at home. The location was phenomenal and we would absolutely recommend it.

Absolutely top notch property. We couldn’t have had a better vacation and we travel a lot. We were extremely happy with everything! Will book again!

I highly recommend this place. It is better than in the pictures. Bedrooms are all clean and spacious, ceilings are high, and close to everything. Quick walk to all the pools, beach, the store in the lobby has food and coffee/boba bar, taco trucks and grocery store across the street. You also have your own waterfall pool and jacuzzi a few steps from the lanai that is used by only a few of the units. The place was stocked well with beach gear, pack n plays, outdoor grill, laundry, and a full kitchen. Bob, thank you for having us, and we would love to come back and stay with you again soon!

We traveled as two families with kids ranging from 2-8 years old and we all had a great time! This is a perfect condo rental for those who are accustomed to nice things. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were big and functioned well for families. There were a couple floaties, boogie boards, chairs and ice chest in the garage for use. I loved being on the ground floor so the kids could play on the grass. We also enjoyed the villa pool and large hot tub being so close. The lanai is a perfect set up for families and friends. The towel service machines are a nice feature. There is no ocean view, but I would pick to stay in this lovely villa vs being in the towers every time! Book it, you will have an amazing trip!

We had a great time . Bob was incredibly responsive , the condo was perfect for our family and the location worked out great . We had a toddler and an infant with us so it was convenient to be on the ground floor and close to pool and beach. I would highly recommend Bob place and would love to come back .

I couldn’t believe how nice this condo was. I would give it 10 stars if I could. It was perfect for our family with older children and teens. The pool is steps from the back door. Bob, you have achieved your goal of providing a first class home away from home. Amazing 🤩 The location is convenient too for people who like their own space and parking but it’s still associated with Honua Kai resort With a large pool and beach access/store etc.

We loved this three bedroom condo. It was perfect for three generations of our family to come vacation together. It is steps to the pool and the condo area is quiet and pleasant. We barbecued on the patio multiple nights and loved our time here. It was easy access to the west coast of Maui and the condo had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen stuff to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a local grocery store right outside the property that has everything you need. Short walk to the beach and the rest of the resort amenities while still be much more secluded and quieter. We would love to stay again!

This property is amazing, pool in your back yard, short walk to the beach, amenities are fantastic, the condo is immaculate, perfect for families or friends who want to stay together, walking distance to grocery store, Bob is great to work with, Thank You for a great vacation, we will be coming back

Unit 18A is absolutely beautiful! Loved the location! The Konea tower is just steps away and it’s a short walk to Dukes & the main swimming pool. It was clean and I loved the layout of the two master bedrooms. Would love to stay here again!

Can’t say enough good about property! 5 Star plus. Convenient to everything beach, pool, food. Privacy of property when what it and 5 minute walk away pretty much anything you would need. Hosts were fantastic. Thanks for sharing home. We will be back!

Everything about this villa…. from the location, to cleanliness, amenities and the hospitality of the owner was nothing less than outstanding! Love it!

We are so incredibly happy with our choice to stay here. We had a wonderful time - and will most certainly be back. Perfect location - just close enough to the 'happening' spots like Dukes and Hula Grill down the way and at the same time, just the right amount of quiet and solitude when we needed it. We have 4 boys and Bob's home was just perfect in terms of space and comfort. Bob gave some great recommendations on what to do, we took him up on his recommendation to go to Baby Beach and it was perfect for our little one. Bob's home had absolutely everything and more and the 3 boogie boards kept our boys entertained every day at the beach. The chairs, umbrella were great and were used daily. So nice to have it all right there. We could walk to the grocery store and if we wanted more options, Safeway was just 3 miles up the road. We will definitely be returning, it is the only place to stay!! Thank you again for the late check out and the great communication. It all made our stay so easy and enjoyable. Where do I begin.The property and surrounding are are beautiful.I found the owner to put be very kind and nice to talk to. Responsive to e-mails.The check in process was extremely frustrating to say the least. My instructions told me to go to one building to retrieve my keys only to find out I actually had to go to the other building to get the keys. After a very long day of travel and getting in late, the last you want to do is drive all over that place to get the keys.Once in the condo we found it to be clean and open. Beautiful condo. What I found very frustrating was the lack of items in the kitchen. There was ample dishes for eating and silverware, utensils, but really lacked any kind of serving dishes, storage dishes. Things necessary for a little more complete kitchen. When you spend this amount of money for a condo with a kitchen I would expect there to be a little more in it. There was not any extra blankets for the beds and we were only supplied a sheet and a very light blanket for the bedding. I had to go purchase an extra blanket for our bed. Another complaint we had was that the WiFi was absolutely non existent. It did not work at all. Plus the Roku did not work in any of the rooms. The only way we were able to get any kind of TV was to use our own hot spot from our cell providers. We had 2 sets of guests staying in the condo above us. Needless to say, I would not stay on a bottom floor again. The people above were so loud and had no mind to the fact that people may be staying below them.I realize this is not the fault of the property but I would expect for the cost of these condos that they would be built better.Another issue we had was that one of the bedroom door handles was loose when we arrived and after 2 days it locked itself when it shut. We had to get it unlocked on our own as we had reached out to maintenance and never received a follow up to help us. We were locked out of that room for hours. The barbecue grill did not have anything to clean it with. IE: grill brush or scraper would be nice.The staff at the resort that checked us in was terribly rude and not helpful at all.We had a great stay in Maui despite all these things. I am pretty sure I would not spend that amount of money on this particular condo again.
