Loved this property during our stay in Winter Park. Would stay again in a second. Great location to Lyft bus stop. So much space, and all the extras.

Modern amenities in a small mountain town. Could not have ask for anything more. This place is amazing. No shortcuts or skimping on this place. Great response from owner. Will return for sure next year!!

We had a great time at the property! It’s very centrally located, clean, excellent communication and check in process. Hot tub with a beautiful view was one of the highlights!

Wonderful townhouse with high-end appointments, top of line appliances and a four-floor view of the mountains that over the top incredible. The location is ideal close to Deno's and other establishments-Bar's/Live music. Free shuttle if you need access to groceries Safeway 10 minutes down the street. A+++ VRBO management. Very helpful. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed this house! Just a quick shuttle to Winter Park and walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Definitely coming back in the future :)

We really enjoyed the townhome. The property was very clean and exactly as described. We didn’t have any noise issues with the construction across the street. Would happily stay again!

We loved this place especially the hot tub on the roof after skiing! Three separate bathrooms, heated mats in key areas so we didn’t need to shovel snow. It is decorated nice and is in a convenient location.

Very comfortable and clean. Location wise its in the center of town. Great communication with management. However the property is part of an unfinished development and there is literally a construction site in front of the condo. We were lucky to visit during a holiday weekend. Consider the noise if going and staying during construction hours.

We planned a small getaway to the mountains to enjoy the mountain snow. And this property did not disappoint. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day in the snow. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast for all of us. Highly recommend!

My family absolutely loved staying at Charlotte's property. I had a family of 8, all being adult "children" and myself, vacationing in Winter Park. We loved the condo and all the amenities as well as the very convenient location. This unit also had very easy access to the garage that held both SUV's. The unit was just as described and looked just like the pictures. We would love to stay in this exact condo again. Thank you for offering your property to us. Wendy- Louisiana

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen has everything you need. The rooftop hot tub was a hit. The condo is centrally located and we walked to many shops and restaurants. It was a short drive to the ski hill. The property managers were great and very easy to communicate with. They are very knowledgeable of the area and make great suggestions for activities. They were very helpful when our flight was cancelled. We will definitely stay here again.

If I could give this property more than 5 stars, I would! Location was perfect. We enjoyed listening to a concert that was held across the street, from the rooftop hot tub. The property was clean and new, beds were comfortable, and townhome was decorated beautifully. We truly can not wait to come back again!

The place was just as described and shown in the pictures. Awesome location, close to everything and super clean. Hot tub worked great. The kitchen could've been stocked a bit better with cooking oil and spices but overall really good experience. There's a bit of early morning noise in the master bedroom from big trucks driving by but not really anything that could be changed by the condo. My family was very impressed with the condo!

This seemed like a very expensive rental for a property not on the mountain, but our options were limited by a two night stay (many properties have a three night minimum during ski season). Other than that curmudgeonly complaint, the property worked very well for our family. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. Clean and nicely appointed. Extremely responsive management team. The hot tub was great. We lived that it was a corner unit with windows on two sides. There were a lot of stairs—it is a very vertical condo! The one item I would add to the kitchen is a larger pasta pot, although the wok worked okay.

My wife and I have so much to rave about our recent stay hosted by Charlotte. There is so much room in this amazingly clean and professionally decorated unit. Its location is near all the great eateries and a short hop over to base camp for all the snow activities offered in this beautiful town. This was our first trip to Winter Park, CO and we cannot wait to return, hoping this property will be available when we do.

Also there are a few eateries within walking distance. Gas fireplace, automatic shades go up and down with the push of a button. Recommended property!

I think we all have certain criteria in mind when renting a property. My top three were three good sized rooms, with separate bathrooms, a hot tub, and grill. This property hit the rooms out of the park! Great sizes for adults and comfy beds. The hot tub, on the roof, is fantastic! Well maintained, clean, with lovely views! Loved the little hummingbird feeder on the front deck, the birds popped in often. Unfortunately the grill, on the front deck, was not operational. I grill often, so when we turned on the propane, and we could smell it way too much, but not able to light it easily, it was obvious there was an issue. As someone who looked forward to grilling for my family, I brought marinated meat and shrimp with me, but I had to cook indoors, which was not the plan. It took a while to understand how to unlock the stove, and a bit of instruction would have made that easier. The tech fans and blinds are a nice upgrade. But the refrigerator is not cool enough. At it coolest setting, the temperature was lacking. We had to throw our purchased food, as it was not cool enough for us to feel safe eating our potato salad and yogurt. We ended up going out to buy ice, as the ice from the refrigerator ice maker made things taste bad. There is a notification on the Fridge that says the filter needs to be replaced, so don’t use the ice. Fortunately, the freezer keeps things frozen. The Xfinity WiFi made using our tech tools easy. We greatly appreciated this ease of use and the TV’s throughout the property. We are a game playing family so the WiFi access was great along with the large dining table, making boards games easy to play. I was surprised that the rug on the deck had white animal hair, as the overall property seemed quite clean and well put together. The evenings felt amazingly wonderful, with the fan on and windows open! But, we grabbed a couple of blankets from the closet, as the nights are cool, but one was unusable, as we quickly noticed that it left this same hair on my daughters black sweatshirt. Even more surprising is that we have a service animal with short brown, non-shedding hair, a concern from the property manager, before we checked in, but then there is white, long noticeable animal hair at the property. Not cool! The location of this property made it great in town, walking distance to restaurants and a park, across the street. I must say that, with the fixes above, my family would stay again, as the property is quite nice!

Excellent property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The listing says fully stocked but no spices or washing machine soap. Everything else was top notch. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book again.
