We had such an amazing time. Kayaking, swimming, going to the park that’s literally right down the road. Michael/Eva were responsive and had wonderful suggestions (Circles restaurant was delicious). We saw dolphins several times and even kayaked next to them. Rented a boat for a couple days. Biked, played pickleball, swam and swam some more.

From the day we booked in November 2023, until we checked out on 3/16/24 after a seven night stay, it was wonderful !!! We had our whole immediate family for week together, and ALL ten of us give this property a 10 !!!!!

This property was excellently equipped with everything you need. The owner was easy to contact and very responsive Completely recommend, especially if you have children because they had portable cribs and high chair. The pool was heated and we used the bikes and kayaks

Two families travelled together to stay at this property. It was even nicer than the pictures. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

What an amazing vacation home!! The pool, hot tub, and dock and just perfect for enjoying the Florida sun! The bedroom & bathroom set up is perfect for large families. Everything you could need for cooking meals at home was provided. The owners were very responsive and great!

The property was very comfortable and very well stocked. Easy to navigate the area. Saw dolphins off the dock several times. Enjoyed the kayaks (no paddle boards as pictured). Also caught several catfish and other fish, fishing was good. Went to the Pass a Grill beach which was wonderful and enjoyed the food in the area as well as the local shops. Owner was very responsive and offered great suggestions.

Had everything we needed plus more. The pool was everyone’s favorite part. The opener was very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable

The house and pool were fantastic. Access to Tampa Bay was great from the dock at the house. My family had a great time!

Such a pleasant stay, everyone had a great time by the pool and had a lot of fun kayaking and paddling boarding on the canal. Plenty of activities to keep all entertained. To enhance the comfort of the stay, we recommend changing out all of the toilets and a touch up on the bathroom with tub by pool. The toilets were not aesthetically pleasing and gave the appearance that the house was not at a top level of cleanliness .

Overall was fantastic! Home met all our exspectaions. Park was great for the kids

This location is great. A short drive from Tampa or Saint Pete and very close to several charter and fishing spots. The house is nice and had everything we needed plus the pool is great. Make sure you taste the mangoes if you are there in the summer. The dock allowed easy access to kayaking. This is a quiet neighborhood with nearby grocery stores, restaurants and lots of authentic Mexican food.

Michael, your home was very comfortable. The master bedroom was on one side & other 4 bedrooms on other side which I liked! Pool was definitely used. Would like to come back only in winter!! PS. Best equipped house we have stayed in with vrbo.

The house was perfect for our family of all adults. Mike and Eva are wonderful hosts. Open communication and recommendations for things to do, restaurants and the best beach did not disappoint. The house is well equipped to keep the family doing things together rather then buried in phones in the evening. We loved the dock with paddleboards, kayaks and swings (saw a dolphin right across the canal our first day), the pool, hot tub, darts and pool table. We also enjoyed the ripe avocados (for delicious avocado toast in the morning) and mangos for a sweet treat picked right on the property. The location was awesome, not crowded and within driving distance to a lot of places. We went to Kennedy Space Center (2 hr drive) and got a bonus rocket launch. Orlando (1 1/2 hrs) for the Titantic Exhibition and Pirate Adventures dinner and show. Tampa (30 min) for the Florida Aquarium and St. Pete (40 min over the awesome Sunshine Bridge) to Pass-a-Grille beach, St Pete pier and the Gator and Wildlife Discovery Center. We would definitely rent this property again and higly recommend. Thanks again Mike and Eva!

The house was everything we were hoping for with our multi-generational family vacation! The pool was amazing and our grand kids lived in it. Adults had fun playing pool and darts. We made breakfast and dinner every day at the house and wanted for nothing. The beds were so comfortable and it was great having 3 rooms with king beds. There was even a pack and play and high chair for the youngest in our group. This was truly the perfect house for our group of 10.

We loved this property! It’s extremely clean and very comfortable. Many amenities are included and management is available for any questions or issues that may come up. The location was convenient to many area attractions. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The house was just as described and very well appointed. Plenty of towels, kitchen appliances etc to make cooking a breeze. Enjoyed all the amenities at the property and had a very relaxing family vacation!

Perfect house for family time! My retired parents, older children and I had an awesome time — pool and outdoor hang space was really nice for swimming, playing games, relaxing and being together. Michael was very responsive with feedback when asked. Highly recommend!!

We had 3 families with our 90 year old mother staying. There was something for everyone, between the pool, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing, bicycles and the pool table (we grew up with one). The kitchen was well stocked. Michael was very attentive when we had an issue. He came over within an hour. Thank you for sharing your house we had a wonderful time.

We had an amazing week. Our family - with two kids (7 & 5) and another family - with one kid (5) loved the house. The pool and outside area were great after day trips. The house had every amenity you could think of - bikes, helmets, fishing poles, kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas. They even had items for babies - high chairs if you needed. Owners were friendly and responded quickly! I would highly recommend this rental!

Great house for our family of 12. Mike was a great host and helped us lining up a pontoon and fishing charter as well.

We had 6 adults and 6 kids on our vacation. There was something for everyone. Kids LOVED the pool. We used the kayaks and paddle boards. Saw dolphins swimming off the dock and manatees in canal on the kayaks. Fished off dock everyday caught 10 different kind of fish. Went to Anna Marie island and St Pete beaches. Very relaxing and fun vacation!! Definitely would go back.!!

We had so much fun in the pool, we swam everyday. House was appointed with everything you need for a great vacation, Mike and Eva the hosts have thought of everything Bikes,fishing poles,paddle boards,kayaks,pool table. House is huge all the beds are super comfy, just an outstanding rental!

Wonderful house to stay at. Close to Busch Gardens, grocery stores, outlet mall and gelato shop. Pool was heated and my grandchildren swam every day. Loved my stay there.

We came into the home and we're greeted by a fully decorated and lit Christmas tree and immediately felt at home. We all loved the pool and especially the hot tub. Our 3 year old was obsessed with it! Whatever we needed we were able to find it.

Thank you, Mike and Eva for having the perfect VRBO home for our family of 11. It was simply amazing to have the ability to fish right off the dock, everyone caught fish, every day. We loved the pool, and the grandkids spent hours in there. We would have her dinners outside and watch the kids swim for a few more hours while we relaxed on the patio. The houses, a beautiful ranch style, and has so much room for a family of 11 The location was great and we were able to travel easily to Saint Pete’s and Bradenton and Santa Maria Island.

The host was very responsive and exceptionally accommodating to our requests. The property was wonderful and the children had a blast.

The house was great. It was very clean and comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool, dock, pool table, and darts! The grocery and several restaurants are very close by. We enjoyed the house, just a note to others if you plan to go into Tampa for your activities it was 40 mins to most things(nothing against the house, just thought I’d share with others)

We had a great stay at this place. The bedroom arrangement was perfect for the 10 of us...6 adults and 4 kids. The host had fishing rods at the house and we had pretty good luck catching fish off the dock in the backyard. Whenever we had any questions, the host would get back to us with great information or suggestions. Thank you for a great time.
