This was our first trip back to OBX in 30 years. The condo was exactly as advertised and well maintained. The walk to the beach was quick and everything you needed was in the beach closet so no need to worry about packing that stuff!

A staircase to a pool and a short boardwalk over the sand dunes to the beach. Very quiet, but near activities, restaurants, and shopping.

Was clean, had everything but a working coffee pot. Did not receive all the info until after we got there. There are a lot of steps. Parking area is small. Had issues with toilet, sent email to host and it was fixed fast.

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It's very close to the beach, the pool is fun for the kids, and the porch is lovely to sit on in the mornings and evenings. Pretty clean, and the kitchen had a good amount of dishes and utensils. Kathleen was very easy to get in touch with and responsive. Definitely recommend!

Great property for our family vacation! Spacious comfortable clean well supplied for everything our family needed. The beds were very comfortable. Was in close proximity to beach with pool and tennis court. Location was great within minutes of grocery shopping. The location was very peaceful. We would return! 😁

Everything about this place was great, easy and on point. Location was perfect, time of visit was perfect. Zero complaints (except I did not catch any fish at the beach, but I tried). I would definitely stay here again

We couldn't have picked a better spot to spend Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect and the condo offered plenty of space for my family of five.

Nice clean property. Short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our week stay and all the many things available for the kids to do. Was very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the pool and the deck also.

The condo was great. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Could’ve slept even more people if needed. Living room was spacious for all of us. Kitchen was well equipped. 2 full bathrooms were great. Loved having laundry. Beds were most comfortable of any vacation I’ve ever taken! The beach closet was great! Used the chairs each day! Our kids loved the pool and I loved being able to watch them from the covered porch. Location was great and beach was close enough and not hard to find a spot to set up for the day. If we come back to Corolla we would definitely try to stay here again! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It had plenty of space, included everything we needed, and is located just steps from the beach! Also, Kathleen was very responsive and addressed all our questions right away. We would definitely recommend this condo and location!

We had an great stay in OBX. The condo was a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was available- umbrellas, chairs etc. The location is perfect. We really enjoyed the large porch for coffee and meals.

It was so easy to get to the beach and the local shooed and activities. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful! We all enjoyed the trip and would definitely come back.

The place was better than we expected! Very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was perfect for our kids and the short walk to the beach made it easy for us to get anything we needed as we enjoyed the ocean. Very well equiped kitchen, comfortable beds and great shaded parking for 2 cars. We hope to come back in the future!

Condo was spacious for a family of 5 with plenty of room for more! The pool on location was well kept and never crowded. The short walk to the beach was a plus!!! The utility closet is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach and more. We had a great stay and definitely plan on returning!

Wonderful stay. Our family was in town for our nephew's wedding. Condo was clean, close to the beach and the convenience to the local markets made it very easy to shop. The bonus of being able to use beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon put this stay over the top. Overall, a great experience. We will be returning.

Karen was very responsive prior to our stay and when we arrived. The condo had the perfect amount of space for our family of 4 with plenty of room for more. It has a wonderful location to the beach, community pool and shops/restaurants in Corrolla. There were tons of wonderful amenities provided such as highchair, pack n' play and tons of beach equipment. The unit was very clean with the exception of some sand, dust and crumbs but was by no means dirty! We would definitely recommend it to others and stay there again ourselves. Thanks for making our first visit to the OBX a great experience!

This 3 bedroom condo ticked all the boxes for smaller families. The first week it was just My husband and I. The second week my son, daughter in law and 2 grandsons joined us (almost 5 and 11months). Having the pack and play and the high chair in the rental was very much appreciated! Additionally, the well stocked “beach closet” in the car port had everything you needed for the beach (except a wagon but we brought one) ! The unit was very clean, kitchen was updated beautifully and well stocked, only thing missing was an ice maker. The beds were comfy …we bring our own pillows so can’t comment on that. Loved that it is an end unit….however be aware if you have larger vehicles it is challenging to fit 2 in the carport…we drive a full size F150 with a six foot bed and our son had a Subaru sedan. The VERY short walk to the beach was perfect and having the pool for the little ones was nice as well! We would definitely recommend this unit !

For the second year in a row my family has enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very well maintained and well stocked. The beach closet offers everything you need for a day at the beach. The owner is most helpful if you have any issues. The condo is close to the grocery store and minutes away from shopping.

This was an overall excellent place to stay! Other then a dirty blanket in the closet, everything else was very neat and clean. Loved the fact that all we had to bring were sheets and towels. Kitchen has every appliance you could want with plenty of glasses, plates, and silverware. Beach closet was also stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

We have stayed in the same complex for several years and Kathy's condo is the cleanest, most modern, best equipped, and most comfortable that we have stayed in. We love the keyless entry, short walk to the beach and the welcome basket was a very nice touch. Kathy's communication and support was very timely and helpful. We will be back next year. Thanks!!
