Warm and cozy. Beautiful

The property provided a relaxing weekend for our family to both gather and have space to separate. There were lots of things to do in the Winter Park region.

This place is in a great location, and it's well stocked with a cozy feel. There were a few little things that could have been kept up better, but overall a very nice stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! Our group of 6 fit very comfortably in the home. The 2 living areas were great and made it very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook every day. They even had snowshoes we could use during our stay. The hot tub was amazing and perfect for relaxing after being on the slopes all day! The shuttle at the end of the street makes it so easy to get to the Winter Park resort. The wifi went out during our stay and the owners came right away to replace the router. It also snowed over a foot and they brought a snow shovel for us to use. All in all amazing stay! We would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I took our 3 college age children and 2 of their friends on a winter break trip and this townhouse was a great fit. All our travelers are above average in height and the variety of beds worked great. The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location. It is a quick drive to the grocery store, Fraser Tubing Hill, restaurants, and Winter Park. It is also a short drive to Granby Ranch Ski Resort. The home is clean and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. The garage is a nice bonus and a great place to keep gear and wet snow boots. The view is amazing and the hot tub and fireplace definitely add to the cozy relaxation. When we arrived, the code to get in didn't work and the contact person was quick to respond and we were in within 5 minutes. Definitely recommend for a family with kids any age or a group of adults.

Beautiful and well equipped townhouse close to everything. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the hot tub was great after a day of adventures. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. Having this home away from home added to our relaxation. Katy was quick to respond to our questions.

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious 3 BR with a couple living/TV rooms that allow the family to spread out. Right on the shuttle route for 15 min ride to WP ski area or downtown.

Very nice condo ... liked the fireplace especially and saw a beautiful coyote just outside. Condo was clean and just like the pictures.

Beautiful home located just outside Winter Park! Walking/Hiking trails located right outside the front door and throughout the nearby homes. Hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking. (note the cover was broken when we were there making it hard to put back on if lifted completely off-so we just slid it over) The house had EVERYTHING we needed! Would stay again if ever in Winter Park/Fraser area. Check out The Noble Buck in Winter Park! Great food and drinks!!!

Loved the Chalet…it was great for two couples as one slept up and the other down allowing for some privacy when desired. Hot tub felt great on sore hiking muscles. Used kitchen for easy meals after exploring all day. So close to shops, groceries, and even nice hiking trails behind the place. We didn’t mind some extra driving, so we explored RMNP & State Forest State Park where we spotted 14 total moose between the two. And all 4 of us hiked Mt Flora (our first 13er) with one of us making it to Mt Eva making two 13ers in one day! So much beauty all around. Sunsets were beautiful from the balcony patio. Great vacay spot!

This is a lovely condo that was the perfect size for us and our two adult children and their SO's. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. The washer and dryer came in handy. Loved the hot tub, especially after a long day of hiking. Location was great - 40 minutes from RMNP, hot springs and white water rafting. Plenty to do in Fraser and Winter Park - mountain biking, hiking, şhops and restaurants. We had a great trip!

This property has just about anything you could need. Comfortable beds, plenty of room for the 6 people in our party. We will definitely be back!!!

Absolutely fantastic stay in winter park at this property! Huge space for the two of us, could easily stay with two families. Convenient location, nice to have a garage, lovely views of the mountains and sunsets! Would stay again!

The place was amazing! In a nice neighborhood on it’s own mountain side, with a bunch of trails all around you. We went on one that was just a few steps from the place. Lots of aspens. Was able to see a little bit of fall color starting to peak. Plenty of parking spots, didn’t feel overcrowded with a bunch of cars and people. I liked how it was a close drive to everything. Went out to the ski resort and further in Fraser. The inside of the place was very well done. Updated, lots of nice details, everything was stocked and supplied for us, nothing broken and more then enough room. Felt nice and cool inside too, didn’t need to get the fans out. First place I have ever stayed where the bed/mattress was so perfect and comfy! The deck was fun to hang out on and get some good pictures. We were so busy with being out and about, we unfortunately didn’t get to use the hot tub but it looked fun! Would book this spot again!

This was our third time staying at the Chalet. It is our go to spot when we visit Winter Park. You can't beat the location and the comfortability of the home. It's perfect for a winter weekend away!

This 3-bedroom townhome was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. It's well appointed and clearly well-cared for by its owners and the property management company. The home is < 10 mins from Winter Park ski resort, < 5 mins from downtown WP/Fraser and in a stunning neighborhood set on the hillside with great views of the resort, downtown and beautiful CO sunsets. Would highly recommend.

We had a GREAT weekend getaway at this lovely home. Everything was very comfortable and nice, furniture, bedding, decor.... The home had everything we needed. The hot tub is a wonderful addition we enjoyed. The home is very close to downtown Winter Park and Fraser. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The home was clean and well equipped. The sunsets were beautiful and we saw a hot air balloon almost every morning. We mountain biked & hiked right out the front door and walked to fishing ponds and Fraser river. We also 4 wheeled with our jeep up Corona Pass & around the Vasquez Creek trails which is super close. We do LOVE Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park so spent some time renting a pontoon boat on Shadow Mountain, hiked Monarch lake and spent 2 afternoon/ evenings in the RMNP. All around a great trip, great house, fantastic location!

The location was perfect on a dead end road where the kids could safely ride bikes, there were trails to walk or ride bikes right out the front door, we enjoyed the neighborhood fishing pond and playground, and the community is quiet and well-cared for. The condo had all the amenities you could want, the kids loved the hot tub, the beds were comfortable, and all the linens and towels were high quality. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-11) and 2 dogs and were perfectly comfortable and had enough space. The check in process and communication was easy and convenient. Highly recommend- we hope to come back!

Beautiful townhouse, excellent location. The set up worked perfectly for our family. Loved having two living room options. Trails right out the front door, well appointed kitchen. Can't say enough good things about this place! Already talking about coming back!

We drove over from KC and explored the surrounding area. The place was very comfortable and new. Great beds and decorations made a big impact.

I highly recommend this property. They booking company was great and communication was exceptional. The homes layout is great with a master on the entry level upstairs and additional bedrooms downstairs. The home itself is exceptionally clean and very well appointed amazing views off the porch and well stocked with equipment for cooking and enjoying your family. The owners and property manager are great and very attentive to questions. Book this one and leave the worry behind. It will be ready and waiting when you arrive. Cheers!

We had a lovely time but there were a couple things that were quirky. First, the hot tub was set to 98 when we arrived without any instructions on how to adjust the temperature (it was not a straightforward process) and it took us over an hour to find how to do it on the internet. The hot tub was also pretty gross, water was cloudy and green and smelled. I think it just needs a good drain and clean, and chemicals probably not added after each group leaves (we had a hot tub and would put in chemicals after every use to keep it working properly). Second, we ran out of TP a day into our trip, and had to go buy more. That's fine, but when you have 3 kids staying there, it is nice to have things well stocked. Property manager said she would bring move over on Sunday morning but never came. The condo itself is really cute, great for 2 families to spread out. It's nice having 2 living spaces so kids can be in one place while adults are hanging in another. Location is perfect for catching ski shuttle and taking the pups to trails. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is awesome. Winter Park shuttle picks up at top of street, and the view of the mountain range at sunset was impeccable. Only complaint: the hot tub was quite dirty when we arrived, so a few of our guests chose not to take a dip. Looked like the water just needed to be changed out. Otherwise, a great place and a great stay!

The Chalet was an amazing place to stay! So clean, spacious and so close to winter park! We had absolutely everything we needed and the hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. We will be back!!

Great place near downtown Winter Park!

This is an excellent property! Clean, well-stocked, and close to the shuttle route. The entire process was easy and the guest contact was communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend booking this home for WP skiing or a relaxing quiet getaway.
