Annette and Rick were great hosts. Communication was easy, they were quick to respond to any questions we had, and even gave our kids toys to play with which was much appreciated. The property in newly renovated, super clean, and had everything we needed during our week long stay. Location can’t be beat – less than a 5 minute drive from Ptown but far away from the hustle and bustle if you just want to sit on the beach and relax. It’s a great place to stay with kids. We’ll definitely be back.

We have stayed at this property for 3 years in a row. With the handicapped accessible entry way and bedroom/bathroom located on the first floor, it is perfect for our group. It is always clean, has all the kitchen gadgets needed, and is full of supplies! This home is located right on the water/beach and the views of the sunset are spectacular. The owner is very attentive and accommodating! Perfect for girls weekend or for families. Thank you…We will be back :)

We enjoyed our stay at the home and loved the open concept of the living area. It was nice to all be together for meals and conversation. We expecially appreciated the 3 full bathrooms available for the group. The beach close by was perfect for a walk in the morning with a cup of coffee. The communication was excellent. We recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a long weekend or week.

We had a group of four adults and three young kids (two 3 year olds and a 1 year old). The house was perfect for us! The 3 year olds loved the bunk bed room and pirate ship room. Multiple bathrooms and great kitchen for cooking gave everyone the space they needed. We were able to enjoy most meals on the deck and the quick stroll to the beach filled our days with fun. Highly recommend this house!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful property. The home was perfect for a girls weekend getaway with a bunch of Cape Cod moms. Handicap accessible, which was perfect for one of us that needed it. Annette was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much!

We stayed a short time but enjoyed it! Beach is huge, quiet, clean, calm. Home was immaculate, mattresses were perfect, kitchen high end. Close to P-Town but far enough away at the same time. Great weekend!

This house was spacious, comfortable, had amazing views of the beach, and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is equipped with everything you need for an excellent beach vacation with kids. There are beach toys, wagon, beach chairs and more. The best part is the beach at low tide. It is shallow, calm, and sand bars that go way out. My kids (6, 2 year old twins) all had a blast looking for hermit crabs, making sand castles, and using the boogie board. Location on this is awesome! Short walk to the beach or a short bike or drive into town! Also very much appreciated the accessible ramp for those who use a wheelchair! Definitely will be back!

Beach stay
We rented this beach house earlier this month. It was great, clean beautiful home. Short walk down to the beach. Very close to downtown. We ended up going biking and had a great time. The owners did come and stay in their apartment attached to the house, so you may not necessarily have the entire place, but they were very friendly and didn’t bother us at all. I would stay there again!

Awesome Girls Weekend
Perfect beach location for a girls getaway! Got together with high school friends for the first time in 20 years ❤️ Home is clean, newly remodeled and very comfortable. The two decks and outdoor showers are fabulous for a beach vacation. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Immaculate GE cafe appliances. The dishwasher is a beast and so quiet! Gorgeous views, we enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets. Communication with Annette leading up to and during the trip was excellent. Highly recommend for friends & families. We will definitely be back!

Great location / Lovely home
We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was super clean with a great layout. The kitchen had high end appliances with lovely countertops and fixtures. Very nicely appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the proximity to the water, the view and chairs while hanging on the multiple decks and the quick drive to Provincetown. Would absolutely love to rent this house again. Thank you!

Simply the Best
This house was nothing short of perfect for a weekend getaway for myself, my sisters, and a few friends. The beach views are amazing and there was plenty of space to sleep 10 people. Towels were provided for each guest and the bathrooms are all beautifully renovated. We will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect Low key bachelorette location
The house was great! Annette was quick to respond with the few questions I had and a seamless process gaining access to the property. Everything felt very clean and the kitchen is gorgeous and was the perfect set-up to hire a chef to come in and cook for the group. The beach is literally steps away and was an amazing view from the deck. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown P-Town for a quick drive. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay again sometime!

Girls Weekend Getaway!
The property is beautiful and comfortable and handicapped accessible! Perfect for this group of women in their 40s/50s. The owner was very pleasant and responsive to all questions…no matter how silly :) We were there for 2 hours and were already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend it for families as well…plenty of sleeping options and space for everyone! We will be back!

Perfection!
You know how you fantasize about winning the HDTV house? This house made us feel like we got to stay there! Everything was first class. Just beautiful! The only scary moment was hearing a pack of what we think were coyotes howling at the moon one night! We can’t wait to come back.

everything you need for a perfect stay at the beach with family or friends . The house is lovely and so comfortable, kitchen gorgeous with all high end appliances and a wonderful 6 burner stove. We just returned from an excellent stay at this wonderful property! The space was recently renovated and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. We loved how close it was to the beach with access right behind the property. Annette was very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Better than expected!
This listing is better than the property seems in the picture. Everything was immaculate and labeled. High end finishes. Beautiful views and beach is right through the path! Easy biking to Provincetown or the Atlantic side beaches. The master bed was the comfiest I’ve slept in ever in a VRBO! We truly had a fantastic time and couldn’t have been more pleased with this property!

Low tide and sand bars!
Great location! Host worked with us to make our vacation great. She gave us many recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Really enjoyed taking advantage of low tide and the sand bars. My grandchild who is 4 had a blast.

The home is spacious, well equipped, and well positioned! Plenty of room to spread out and stocked with everything we needed. Location wise, the walk to the beach wasn’t bad, even with little kids, so it was easy to quickly get back to the house for any reason. Also located just outside ptown, an easy trip for take out or an afternoon/evening out. Annette was very responsive throughout our stay, which was appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

We were very close to Provincetown, and rode our bikes to the head of the Meadow Beach.The house itself was spacious, clean (beyond they current COVID standards) and well stocked with supplies. We all had a terrific time!

Location, location, vacation!
Near everything but not too crowded where we stayed. House is comfortable and well furnished. Kitchen a little small for a group who likes to cook big meals when on vacation. Easy walk over the dune to the beach - a lot of seaweed but no rocks, and particularly nice at low tide, when giant sandbars emerge.

Great Location
A nice location close to Provincetown with an excellent beach. When the tide is out there are sandbars and easy waters for small children to navigate.
The house was terrific. It has two porches on the bay and one facing the road. We had two families and the layout was great for maintaining some privacy and the two family type rooms if TV choices vary. The house had absolutely everything we needed and the owner was responsive with questions. We would definitely stay here again!
