Internet password wrong, and DVD was not working called management for help, they came and fixed their issues but charged me 50 dollars for their mistake

This 2/2 cabin was a great getaway for us. Loved that it was decorated for Christmas. The welcome basket and apple pie were a very nice touch. Loved how it was decorated. The upstairs electric heater was very nice. Bring plenty of firewood for the indoor fireplace to keep yourself warm and cozy.

Our family loved it. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and inviting . Very clean and spacious. The scenery outside was beautiful and charming. We didn’t want to leave. The area around the cabin was great for shopping and the scenery was top notch. Would definitely come back. The furniture and the fireplace made you feel like you was at a retreat.

This cabin looks like any other cabin from the outside, but once inside you will find a cabin that has been carefully appointed with high quality furniture and accessories. We have stayed at this cabin three times and have enjoyed our stay each time. It is not just the furniture and accessories that are top notch, but also the bedding and towels. We will continue to stay at this cabin as long as we make trips to northern Georgia.

My husband passed suddenly and unexpectedly. We had more people coming to town for the funeral than I had room for in my home. We also wanted to have them very close by. I knew there was a short term cabin rental on my road. A neighbor got me the contact information and it was available for the days we needed so we booked it. Being so distraught and having never booked a rental before, I was having difficulty with the agreement and how to submit it. The agent talked me through it, even explaining and filling some of it out for me. He followed up with several emails and phone calls, once just to check on me. He made sure the visit went smoothly for me and my family. This home had everything needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. They even enjoyed the abundance of deer who visited the yard. I will definitely book this home for family and friends visiting from RI in the future.

Another great visit and fun time at the "Wilderness Retreat". Clean property, wonderfully located near many sights/attractions/wineries and more, as well as really great customer service by the property management. Enjoyed it so much last year that we came back for a second time this year. Looking forward to our next visit.

We live in Atlanta and wanted to do something different for Christmas so we decided to visit the mountains. We all had a wonderful time . The wood burning fireplace was lovely. In the afternoon we enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub. All in all it was a fantastic family trip!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Wilderness Retreat. The cabin was very comfortable and was very well stocked with whatever we needed. Very comfortable for two couples with the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!

We loved staying at the Wilderness Retreat. Everything was wonderful. The only thing I wish was different was the over chlorinated hot tub. It made me cough and wheeze every time. Probably did not need so much chlorine. Other than that, absolutely no complaints! I would definitely come back.

Wilderness Retreat
We had a great time at this cabin! Our dog got out through a very large hole in the screened porch. I was called and was told "5 people had called screaming about our dog." This is probably not a great place to bring your dog. I don't think it's a very pet-friendly community. Other than that, we had a terrific time.

Relax, Refresh & Renew
Our stay was perfection! The cabin was clean, comfortable & perfectly furnished along with many extras that we didn't anticipate!! It was a pleasant surprise!! Surprises such as bowl of treats on kitchen counter, bath salts on spa tub, extra linen, huge walk in closets!! It was pleasantly comfortable. The decor was splendid and very comfortable. We loved the upstairs bedroom and spent most of our time there!! It had comfortably seating, tv, rocking chair adjacent to the master bedroom. The master bedroom and bathroom were huge!! Perfect!! Beds were comfortably! TV worked great! Kitchen was fully equipped with stove, dishwasher, full size refrigerator (which was filled with ice!!), a good variety of pots and pans, basic plates and cutlery, glassware. All you had to supply was your food and you were ready to go!!
We loved the screened in porch!! Also the wrap around porch on the house!! I would say it is missing a swing!! Otherwise, It is a fabulous place to rest, enjoy, and regain your peace of mind like we did!!

Loved the cabin. My husband and I brought our 2 kids (elementary ages) and our dog. The cabin was clean, well taken care of and easily accessible. It's located close enough to Blue Ridge and Blairsville. Good hiking and sites for the family. Definitely recommend!!

What can I say but - Amazing!!! Let's start with the property manager reaching out, numerous times, but mainly right before we checked into the cabin to see if we needed anything, if we had arrived safely, etc. etc.. The cabin was beautiful. What a great location, clean cabin and well stocked. We wanted for nothing!!! Even had a Christmas tree and a welcome gift for us. I truly recommend the property and the property company for so many reasons. After the past 4 years in the North Carolina Mountains during the holidays, this property, this location, the surrounding area, the sights and the people have sold me on returning to the North Georgia Mountains very soon. What a great Christmas get away and again let me say Amazing!!! Thank You!!!

Great cabin for convenience
We definitely enjoyed our stay. Cabin had everything we needed and more! The location is excellent especially if you’re visiting Helen or and of the other surrounding places. The cabin doesn’t have a Mountain View per say but a nice tree view in the backyard. Also had a kennel in the backyard for your dog if needed. The upstairs living room was fantastic as a getaway for my kids!!!

Parking was directly in front of the door making unloading super easy. The cabin was close and a easy drive to Blairsville which is where I did most of my shopping. Overall Great Weekend
Overall, we had a great weekend! We did have some issues with hot tub jets not consistently working for us, and the beds were a little smaller than we were expecting. But we still loved the cabin!
