We have been traveling to Table Rock lake area with our family every summer for the past 13 years and this house was amazing. We had 9 people with us and had more than enough room for everyone to spread out and have there own space. This house has so much space it’s incredible. Each couple having there own bathroom was a big plus in itself. We loved sitting on the deck in the evening while the kids enjoyed the fire pit, we even saw a family of deer one morning sitting out there right in the back yard area. We all enjoyed being able to walk right down to the water and go swimming every afternoon, the lily pad is a nice extra perk as well. A few of the adult kids took the kayaks out a few times and really enjoyed that as well. So many extras with this house it was amazing. Everything Is in relative close distance, the boys took the boat out and were able to do some fishing on Beaver Lake, Lake Taneycomo as well as Table Rock. The girls took the 45-50 minute drive in to Branson to do some shopping as well as some shopping in Eureka Springs. The whole process of checking in as well as checking out was a breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank You so much for sharing your home with us!!

The eight of us have been taking vacations together for years and renting houses. This has by far been the best house! The best price! Best location! The best amenities!! We are already getting plans ready for future vacations!!! Thank you so much!!!

Perfect get away for the family. We had plenty of room to eat together, play games, read books, kayak, fish, swim, play corn hole, watch a movie & hang out by the camp fire! We had plenty of room for all our college students to put up thier hammicks and rest & read. We will be back!!!

My only complaint, if you could call it a complaint, is the weird way the heat/air unit is hooked up. Not how it’s hooked up, but which bedrooms would be cold while others hot. Had we known this ahead of time we would have made different sleeping arrangements, like, you sleep here if you like the temperatures colder while sleeping and hear if you like it warm. Instead we had some freezing while others sweating. Other than that it was a great stay! It is a very private and beautiful place. The property manager was very prompt in getting back to me when I had questions.

We were all pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and nice the home was. It was everything and much more than its description.

Overall had a good stay. The property is very clean and the host is very communicative. The spiral staircase in the photos is the ONLY indoor access to the downstairs bedrooms and was a safety issue for our toddlers. The staircase is challenging to bring luggage down, etc so this property isn't ideal for young families. Access to the lake was nice. Note that the road to the property is an unpaved narrow road. Would rent again with a party of all adults or older kids.

There were 5 of us on this trip, everyone felt the property was over and above what we thought it would be! We are hoping to return and use the lake next time. The house was big enough for each of us to have our privacy but yet cozy enough to just sit and visit!

A lot of space for a large family gathering. If you are coming with a large party it would be wise to bring extra towels and wash cloths. House was just as pictured on line. Very welcoming and cozy! Had a wonderful time. Beautiful to sit on deck, view the lake and listen to nature. Only negative was Wi-Fi reception was pretty much non-existent.

This is our second time renting this spacious vacation home. It is a well maintained and comfortable space for four couples or an entire family. Located on a cove on Table rock lake floating in the water, kayaking, and an outdoor fire pit add to the positive memories this place provides. There are issues with the WiFi that often did not work on cloudy days making remote work or screen time very difficult. The light switches are a bit mysterious and quirky. In spit of these issues, we look forward to returning in the near future. Excellent space.

The property was really nice the house was everything we expected. The issues were the internet was almost non-existent. Access to the house down the long driveway of heavy gravel made it impossible for motorcycles. The house set up away from the lake a lot further than the pictures made it look. This made the option of kayaking difficult.

There were twelve of us ranging in age from 2 to 64 . This house was perfect for our family. It's huge! Plenty of room to spread out, but also plenty of room for games and eating together. We enjoyed the lake every day, and the kayaks and lily pad were great fun. Branson and Eureka Springs are close, and also Roaring River State Park, which is a beautiful place. The house is very unique, and beautiful. Well stocked, and the kids loved the family room downstairs where they all slept together on the big sectional couches. We enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the decks. One thing to remember, bring shampoo and bath soap. They were about the only things not provided. When they say it's at the end of the road, they mean it, but it's so worth the drive. We loved it and would stay again.

We had a great stay. Wish the water dispenser and ice dispensers worked. Lily pad was a real hit.

We had a wonderful time!! Plenty of room for everyone. We had 2 families. I loved that it was in the back of the cove. Definitely need water shoes. Lots of rocks to walk on when getting in the water. Had no trouble anchoring our boat in the cove. Had a problem with one of the dishwashers, was notified about it before we got there, owners had it fixed by the next day. Communication was very good. Thank You!!

We were more than pleased with our decision to stay here! My family (self and 3 kids ages 8, 11, & 13 + my brother and his girlfriend + my parents) had the perfect amount of space. The kitchen is huge and very well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. My kids enjoyed the kayaks and lily pad. During our stay, I texted the owners with a few questions and they always got back very quickly. Just a couple of things future renters might want to know…. there is almost no AT&T signal. We were able to get one bar on the front porch. Also the WiFi is very inconsistent. Sometimes it worked well but other times it was incredibly slow. Due to the location of the home, Internet options are limited and spotty service is unfortunately normal for homes off the beaten path. I share this in case anyone is hoping to work from this location. But in all honesty we enjoyed disconnecting from our devices and having good quality family time. I definitely recommend this amazing home!

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful property on Table Rock lake! The house was so spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable! The house was well stocked bedsides towels. With our big group we needed more towels. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. We loved walking through the beautiful trees down to the water. We felt like we had the cove to ourselves. It was such a peaceful, quiet cove. Many wonderful memories were made at this amazing property. We will definitely rent it again!

We loved this property. One will come back to. It is very private and peaceful. The home is lovely with plenty of room. Well maintained. The access to the lake is great. Nice private cove. Nice beach area. Gradual walk out into the lake. The owners were very prompt in responding to questions. We had an issue with the pressure tank for water and they quickly responded and fixed the issue. Can't say enough good about this property !

Beautiful home with much pricacy! The location was perfect a short drive to many local attractions and some wonderful hidden gems! We had a wide range of ages with us from 50 to 4 and we all greatly enjoyed our stay.

We were told their was air mattresses there were but had holes in them and no sheets or blankets for them. In the description of property we understood you could get a boat down too the house no way that could happened other than that we did enjoy the house

We had a fantastic time at this property. The house was clean and we loved that every room has its own bathroom. My entire family stayed at this house together which included 4 families of adults and teenagers. Plenty of room to spread out, the 2 kitchens helped out immensely with food storage, cooking for a large group and having to dishwashers and 3 sinks to do dishes! It is secluded and beautiful. We saw wildlife in the yard and our group enjoyed fishing from the bank every day even though it rained on us the whole trip. Our intention was to utilize the lake more but the weather disrupted our plans so we found lots of great things to do around us instead. And then when the sun would come out we were sitting in the decks, fishing, or kayaking! It was a beautiful area. We enjoyed Eureka springs, roaring river state park fish hatchery and hiking was one of our groups favorite activities. Part of group ventured into Branson on a few of the rainy days and enjoyed the acquarium and car museum. Cosmic cavern and the Promised Land Zoo were close and we enjoyed taking those in. Melissa was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We also loved the large den downstairs with movies and games- we used them frequently. Great house, great location, great amenities, and great host. Only thing I would change is come back when the weather was better so we could enjoy the lake more.

This has to be the nicest VRBO property I have stayed in. Extremely clean. Comfortable beds and had all the necessary amenities. Just perfect for 4 ladies to have an enjoyable long weekend. Close to Eureka Springs, Dogwood Canyon and Bentonville. We had a great time.

Inside is a little outdated, but outside spaces definitely make up for that! So nice to have a quiet cove to kayak in and be able to access the water from the house!
