We loved our stay here! It was a great house for a big group - we had 21 people ranging from 70 years old to 8 months and it was comfortable for everyone. It is also in close walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We enjoyed the hot tub and views from the backyard and top deck. Very clean, lots of towels, bedding, toiletries, etc. The kitchen is well stocked too. We would stay here again!

This was a third summer stay at the house and it was again so delightful! Lots of room and conveniently located to downtown shops/restaurants...we will definitely be back!

We loved the location, easy to walk to shops and restaurants, grocery store, etc. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for a large group to gather comfortably!

Wonderful home and wonderful stay in Breckenridge!

We stayed here for a week in February to ski and it was absolutely incredible. Honestly it could not be better. We were a group of 19 including eight children, ages 2 through 8. The house is beautiful, well-appointed, and in a very walkable location with easy access to shops, restaurants, skiing, and other activities. Very high end furnishings and decor. The layout is really nice for lots of different families as there are separate spaces. We have toddler twins and stayed in the downstairs and it was quiet and great. I can't believe how wonderful this place was and I hope we come back every year.

Great house within walking distance of the village in Breck. Our very large group had a great time staying together instead of spread out among hotels and other vacation rentals. The property was very clean, in very good condition and well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The only problem we had was a backed up toilet but when we called management they were there within 15 minutes (after hours) and promptly resolved the problem. The rental was a little pricey but if you have a large group the cost per person can be very reasonable compared to a hotel.

Perfect location in the heart of the historic residential district - away from the Main St. and resort crush, but easy walk when you want restaurants and stores. Small fenced, green, private backyard with large hot tub was a favorite spot for reading, sunning, yoga and chatting. Upper level balcony with awesome view - another great gathering spot. Likewise the kitchen island with large comfy chairs. Two big dining tables can also be used for games and puzzles.

The location was fantastic - very close to the main street in Breckenridge with shops and restaurants, as well as close access to parks and trails. The interior was clean, everything we needed was available, and though we had a coffee pot start leaking the second day, the property replaced the unit as soon as we mentioned it. Would highly recommend for large groups!

We loved our stay here during the summer! Everything was within walking distance, and the views of the mountains from the balcony were incredible! Everything was super spacious and clean. Cant wait to be back!

There will not be space allowed for all the elements that make this home the most perfect setting for being able to provide rest and refreshment to our travel weary Continental Divide Trail Hikers. 14 of us gathered from several states to welcome the family of 6 who are hiking that trail, north to south. Breckenridge represented close to a half way mark for them, and that home allowed us to be all together for resting, feasting, and renewing all together. Nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3 of them studio apartments, and another 5 of them en suites. Every bed was luxuriously comfortable and all the rooms had been provided with every item we could possibly need for our stay. The kitchen was missing no item we could ask for in order to feed all 20 weary souls. The property manager was helpful, personable, and available. The owner was delightful and welcoming. We have begun dreaming of a way to go again, as our time was enjoyable in every particular and memorable every moment. There is such easy, walkable access to all that Breckenridge has to offer, and we wanted for nothing. So much could be said, but we'll just add: "JT and Mary, we hope to be back... one visit calls for another and another. Hope we see you again soon"

I’ve stayed in Breck numerous times and this property was amazing. Annual friends trip and this property gave us room to spare from bedrooms, bathrooms and parking. Would definitely stay again.

House was beautiful, spacious and in a great location. Just a block from all shops and restaurants. Property managers super responsive. Would highly recommend.

We had my mother-in-law, my family of 5 and another adult

This house was exactly what we had hoped for. We brought a good sized group into Breck of 6 families. This house was perfectly suited for our large group. The location was amazing, with such a short walk to Main St and the Village ski area. It made it very convenient to come back to the house before going out for dinner or to walk through town. If for some reason you didn't feel like walking, the Breck Free Ride bus blue route picks up right in front of the house, too. If you're bringing a big group into Breck, this is a great option.
