The house exceeded our expectations and Mark (the host) was super helpful. The location is super close to the beach access and the ocean is so close you can see the water from the balcony! Lots of nice areas to hang out with family, indoors and out. Thanks for a great family week at the beach!

We loved it! Less than a block to the beach. View of ocean and breezes from upstairs patio are wonderful. Lockbox entry very convenient. Owner let us park car in garage. Kitchen well stocked. Appliances and pots/pans somewhat dated. No baking sheets. But otherwise we found everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Nicely furnished. LR couch very comfortable! Be aware the kitchen and living room are up 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. We needed the exercise so it was ok for us! We highly recommend it and would definitely rent this property again. Owner extremely easy and friendly to work with.

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! The furniture was very comfortable (have stayed many places where the furniture looks pretty but that's about it) the rooms were setup well for our three families, the porches were huge and perfect for a game with the kids/a space to enjoy our morning coffee/watch the rains pass, and the beach was just steps away. We were sad to leave but it was a wonderful stay!

We had a great experience renting this beach house. The beach access boardwalk is on the same street as the house so going back and forth was easy. It was nice that this section of the beach was not as crowded as the area near the pier. Beach chairs, toys and umbrella were nice to have just check items before carting them to the beach as some were broken or missing parts. The home is definitely “lived in” but kept up well and clean. Kitchen sauté pans need replacing as they are peeling but the pots were ok and sheet pan just needed foil. Special ice maker in kitchen was great amenity. It was nice that each couple/family had their own bathroom plus the half bath by the kitchen for convenience. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This house is the perfect spot for an extended family beach vacation. The house was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. The house is a very quick walk to the beautiful beach. It is a quick walk to anything you need yet feels private and quiet. We will definitely be back!

The perfect beach house. Lots of room, very short distance to the beach, the balconies provide great outdoor space. Everyone relaxed and enjoyed themselves.

This property is absolutely beautiful and worked perfect for our group of 11. One of our group has MS and it would’ve been difficult navigating the three levels of the house if it hadn’t been for the elevator. Perfect location being on the block of the beach. Awesome view of the ocean from the top floor balcony. Without hesitation would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for us. Tybee has so many family fun activities. The elevator was super convenient for getting all luggage and coolers to the 3rd floor. The front porch view spectacular! 4 houses from the sand dunes/beach. Savannah close enough to visit.

Our group of nine people (two families) enjoyed a great week at this Tybee Island house. It was spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and everything else we could need. As the owner described, it is "lived in" and comfortable. It's obvious previous guests have not always taken care of it, but we were not bothered by scuffs on the floors or walls. It's an easy, short walk to the beach, and the wagon provided was perfect to haul our chairs and gear to the calm and quiet mid-beach. Short drive to nearby restaurants and close to everything Savannah has to offer. Definitely get scones and coffee from Tybean and pizza from Huc-a-poos!

Looking forward to visiting again ☺

A great overall experience. The location is excellent; the house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. We enjoyed hearing the waves and watching the sunrise from the great room.

This home ticked all the boxes for us: a big living room for family gathering, big porches, and steps to the beach. We would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed for a long girls weekend and the house was amazing. There were.12 women total and there was plenty of space for all of us. The beds were so comfortable, the outdoor patio furniture was in great condition and the kitchen size was perfect. Mark was very easy to communicate with and answered promptly if I had any questions. Will definitely be coming back to this house!!

The place was nice and really close to the beach. The outdoor and livingroom furniture need to be replaced. We had some issues with cable not working properly in some rooms. Property owner always answered my calls. I would stay there again.

We visited to celebrate my Mom’s 70th birthday and had a wonderful time! The house is perfectly located 1/2 block from the beach access. The boardwalk to the beach was sturdy and easy for our 70 year old mom to traverse easily. The house was gorgeous with plenty of space for all of us to visit together and also have room to spread out for quiet time, when needed. We absolutely loved the third floor balcony with a constant breeze and lovely view of the beach. The house was well stocked in the kitchen, linens, cleaning supplies, and beach gear/toys. Mark, our host was so easy to work with, responsive, and even flexible when needed. Overall 10/10 in rating!! Loved this house so much that our Mom is already planning the next family trip here!

This was the perfect property for our group. Plenty of room, amazing views and an amazing space. It is a great open concept on the main floor for a large group to enjoy visiting with each other. Really important on Tybee - PLENTY of parking ! The host was always extremely responsive and helped us retrieve a few things some of our left behind. I highly recommend this house.

Place was spacious and so close to the beach. It was so nice for everyone to walk to and from the beach literally steps from the front door. Neighborhood was just off the main road…easy to find and easy access to Tybee stores. Definitely more touristy the closer you drive to Tybee. The IGA was just down the road and we’ll-stocked, but we opted to make a 20 minute drive to Kroger because of our large group. However, the BEST coffee was just around the corner at Tybean. Delicious and local! We cooked in the house kitchen almost every night. Going to Savannah was an easy trip, and we definitely enjoyed some of the stores there. We had amazing food at both The Cotton Exchange and Crystal Beer Parlor. Both very good! Fort Pulaski in Tybee is a must see…so fascinating to see the history…even the teenagers didn’t mind the stop. The house was well stocked….other than a little confusion trying to find washcloths and a few grilling utensils, we seemed to have what we needed. The owner may want to have someone go through and clean out the random junk in the bathroom drawers and kitchen pantry. Leftover hairbrushes and toothbrushes aren’t exactly a reusable item anyway. Lol. Also, we weren’t able to use any of the boogie boards onsite…they all seemed to be broken. Overall, a good stay, a nice house, and the owner seemed easy to work with via online. The family was very grateful for a weeklong stay at a lovely house.

Great location and very nice house

This house was great! We loved the close proximity to the beach and the wrap around porch. The house is very spacious, so perfect for bigger families. We only had a handful, so we felt as though we were in a mansion! The two car garage was large and convenient for housing our vehicles and the house had everything we needed. The owner is available and prompt with communication. My children loved all of the beach and sand toys. We absolutely love Tybee and this home is a short walk to several restaurants and shops.

This house has a nice layout. Plenty of room for everyone. The top balcony was a hit! We enjoyed our stay and the ocean was warm and not too busy.

Great house for a big family that wants to be close to the beach. We had a slight issue when checking in and Mark responded quickly and we ended up not needing any help. But his quick response and care was appreciated. The house has everything you need, especially kitchen items and appliances. We will be back here next time we come to the island.

The house and location are wonderful. Everything was easy and we really enjoyed Tybee Island and look forward to coming back. We had twelve people and there was enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. Everything was great.

We were happy with our stay, it’s a great property. Plenty of room for our four older kids to spread out, but a nice living area where we could hang out together. A bonus was that the extra tv room now has nice twin beds, the younger two enjoyed that room. The kids appreciated the wifi and tv, I could see staying here and doing virtual school! Mark was attentive to our needs, we waited until a decent hour since we arrived at 4am after driving halfway across the country. Would definitely rent again!

Our family had a wonderful first time on Tybee Island and so much of it was due to the comfort and cleanliness of this beautiful beach house. The house was the perfect size for our group of 6 adults and 3 children. The views from the porch are incredible and being 3 houses from the beach made for quick and easy access. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were super comfortable and the garage was packed with all the beach necessities. Mark was always available when we had a question and check-in/check-out was easy and convenient. I highly recommend this house to anymore and will definitely be looking at dates for a stay here again next year.
