Everything was perfect. Plenty of room to spare for 8 adults and 4 children. Great location for walking or very short drive. Home had everything we needed, would definitely recommend.

Had a family reunion here with 11 adults. The house was beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. We walked to town every day. We played tennis or pickleball which also was in walking distant. We would definitely stay here again.

Simple to rent. Multiple amenities. Space for everyone with the three levels and wonderful deck and a large patio with gas grill and fire pit.

Quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown via walking trails. Home was well equipped with linens and kitchen accessories. Our family settled into the gracious and spacious home for a memorable holiday together.

We had a very good experience staying at this gorgeous house.

Our family vacation was memorable and the house was beautifully decorated and equipped but needed to be cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. I know that another group had checked out the same day we arrived because I had inquired about an early arrival and was told no. They probably should have allowed one full day between guests since it’s a big house. There was a lot of grease on the backsplash behind the stove to the point of tile discoloration, dirty sheets with hairs on the bunk beds and large chunks of dried food in the oven. We had a power outage because of rolling blackouts from Xcel Energy due to the fires in Boulder and Superior but the management company was gracious and apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault. They brought a gift basket by and dropped some extra supplies for us. The house in general is beautiful, has a great location and the layout worked great for our family of 11 (all over 18). Best part of the house is hands down the steam showers!!!! Almost better than the hot tub after a day on the slopes. If the cleanliness was better I would have given a 5 star review. I wanted to leave an honest review due to the high price tag for this house over the holidays.

There were 12 of us celebrating our 50th and Christmas with our family. The home was spectacular. Just can’t say enough about it. We utilized every bit of it. Loved the outdoor firepit and grill. The firepit starter didn’t work, but they came and got it started the first day. The jacuzzi was amazing. We loved being I. It ad the snow was falling. Of course the weather cooperated and we were able to ski and play in the snow all day long. The home was so warm and the hot water was hot immediately. There were so many luxury items that went with this home. For instance, everyone had a heated robe when they got out of the hot tub!!! The homeowner had decorated the house for Christmas and it was beautiful. We have never spent that kind of money on a trip, but believe me, it was woerth every penny! Best trip we’ve ever taken with the family! Oh, you can walk to town or get a shuttle! Breckenridge was magical at Christmas!

What a beautiful home for a group or a large family! We had so much room to spread out, and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds (with charging ports!). They could be in the basement during down time while the adults enjoyed the large kitchen and living area on the main floor. The bedrooms were comfortable, with plenty of space. The steam shower was AMAZING in the master (and one of the upstairs bedrooms) for the dryer mountain air. The robes were a nice touch when going to and from the hot tub. And you're in for a real treat with the ice maker! We loved using that, and so did the kids. We would never go to a mountain home without a hot tub, and this one had a little fox visitor almost every evening. This home had almost every amenity you could think of, I wish we could have stayed longer. You'll never want to leave!

The house was a perfect combination of beautiful and tasteful, but also very kid friendly. The view is awesome, and the location is great too. The whole process from booking to checkout was very easy. We'll definitely try to get this house again whenever we go to Breckenridge.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you have a large family or group of friends. It easily sleeps 14. Aside from the beautiful scenery and closeness to downtown, the kitchen and master suite are the highlights of this house. The decor is beautiful. Summit Luxury Suites is a great company as well, personable and helpful, with every aspect.

Our group had a wonderful time at Corkscrew Flats. The owners have thought of every little thing you could ever dream of needing! We enjoyed playing games by the fire every night and cooking dinner in the very well equipped kitchen. We highly recommend staying at this property!
