Nice apartment, great location, comfy beds, good value for money, close to beach, restaurants, bars, shops..etc and great communication with host 👍

Unfortunately we didn't sleep well, as i was reading in previous reviews, about noisy neighbours so it can be true..The neighbours are very loud at night time. We stayed for 5 nights and 3 of the nights, they had loud metal music on unill AM hours, plus constant noise of moving furniture or something. Im not light sleeper, but it was noisy that we couldn't sleep 😒 its really pity. It is great apartment, host is perfect.. and im afraid he can't do anything about the noisy neighbours..BUT if you don't mind bit of noise i would still recommend The Guitar apartment 👍

just a few improvements 1. Heating not enough for winter. one air heater in the lounge. - the flat was cold needed some radiators as we were cold 2. Kitchen equipment - frying pan but no spatula - no soup or breakfast bowls - this type of thing 3. Needed just a small bedside table in the small bedroom with lamps - it was very stark and nowhere to put a drink or book 4. I could not get the TV remote to work properly 5. A welcome pack in the flat would have helped - when the power went I did not know where the fuse box was - for example Mick

Only the location

Wet washing in basket in kitchen. Washing hanging on line on patio. No double sheet on bed, no extra sheets in bedroom. Mold in shower. Cold apartment. Having to pay 50 euro breakage before arrival for apartment, with no inventory list in apartment, which booking.com never mentioned. This apartment had a high rating from booking.com they need to look again. It was not clean. Very dirty dust on top of pictures in bedroom 2 also no lighting in bedroom 2. Shower doors do not fit, so a shower curtain was put up, inside shower.

The price and location were what interested me in this apartment. It is truly 3 blocks the the Gran Playa in Santa Pola. The two bedrooms were also good. I liked that there was air conditioning to help cool the apartment and a washing machine for the clothes. There was even a clothes drying rack. We liked that they provided a chair for the beach. But best of all was there was a refrigerator and stove so we could prepare our own food.

A screen door to the terraza would have been nice so we could keep the mosquitoes and flys out when we wanted to keep the sliding door open.

Great location, roughly 400m from the main promenade. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very easy to park. Nice host, perfect comunication! Beautiful apartment , two bedrooms, living room with acces to spacious balcony. Very good equipment of the apartmant.

Dishes weren´t clean. Neighbours were watching TV every evening til midnight. Unfortunately, they were doing it really loudly! As having two-years-old child with us, it was very annoying. Anyway, these were just minor things in a really nice stay in vibrant area of Santa Pola.

Great apartment with great location. Apartment is clean, have everything that you need for comfortable stay. High speed internet is huge plus for business stay like we did.

We enjoyed the location and everything in the apartment was very modern.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Apartment was excellent value for money.
