Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir haben als Willkommensgeschenk Eis und eine Flasche Wein bekommen. Ein mal gab es ein kleines Problem mit einer Sicherung, was der Gastgeber umgehend gelöst hat. Das Haus ist sehr schön aufgeteilt. Grundsätzlich war das Haus sehr schön, allerdings *Achtung* es sind nur 2 Badezimmer und nicht wie in der Beschreibung angegeben 3 Badezimmer, ein großes Badezimmer mit Zugang über den Gang im ersten Stock und ein sehr kleines Badezimmer in einem der Schlafräume. Das Haus ist sehr sehr hellhörig und wenn man wie wir dadurch dass wir Gartenbesitzer sind Ameisen gewohnt sind, darf man sich hier nicht schrecken, die gibt es im Überfluss. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben auch die Waschmaschine benutzt und auch hier ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Man ist mit dem Auto auch schnell im nahegelegen Hafen, wo einige Restaurants zu finden sind. Bootsverleihe und auch ein paar Shops und einen super großen Supermarkt. Ohne Auto ist es nicht zu empfehlen.

Der Lärm, schräg vis a vis wohnt eine Familie, welchen Ihren Hund Tag und Nacht auf der Terrasse aussperrt somit ist an schlafen kaum zu denken, da dieser Hund permanent ab 06.30 Uhr und bis spät in die Nacht am bellen ist. Selbst geschlossene Fenster halfen leider nicht. Da man alles durchhört. Es war eine Woche mit sehr sehr kurzen Nächten, aber alles in allen haben wir versucht das Beste daraus zu machen (Ohropax) und haben die Woche doch genossen, wir waren aber auch sehr sehr viel unterwegs. Der Pool ist sehr groß und auch die Liegen waren sehr angenehm. Generell wäre es eine super schöne und vor allem Ruhige Lage wenn da diese Nachbarn nicht wären.

This villa was absolutely perfect for us. There was more than enough space for a family of five and the space is beautiful. The Villa is immaculate and we very much felt in a home from home environment. We used the BBQ facilities quite a lot and the plug in the outside dining area was a great addition, enabling us to listen to our own music by the pool during the day. There is good WiFi and great air conditioning at the property which made my younger children happy, allowing them to stay inside and take a break from the sun. The host was great, although we didn’t need to contact him during our stay, he brought a lovely welcoming gift and answered any initial questions.

The chlorine in the pool made our swim suits green.

Villa Kallizoni, located 5 min from the beach, offers a peaceful picturesque retreat in a quiet charming village. It was perfect and the host was super considerate and attentive! The smell of the lemon tree blossoms and manicured garden were fantastic!

The Villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The bedrooms were all of a good size, with large comfy beds and plenty of storage space. The open plan kitchen / living room was light and spacious with plenty of space for a large family. The pool area and various patio areas had plenty of sunbeds and chairs, a BBQ, an outside shower, and lots of beautiful plants. The off road parking could hold 2-3 cars on a gated drive. The area is very peaceful and quiet and feels very safe. You will probably need a car though as the road to the nearest town is very steep on the way back. The owner is very nice and friendly and was available by telephone and WhatsApp. In summary we had a very nice time and would not hesitate to go back.
