It was a nice flat but keep in consideration that it is a shared apartment with 3 rooms so in total you could be in 6 people sharing a tiny space.

The common areas are small for 6 people.

everything is over perfect, including smoking area. excellent and the stuffs are always ready to help us. if you give them missed call, they will call you back immediately. excellent. thank you so much, Boutique.

There was a cigarette smell in the whole apartment.

It was ok for overnight stay.

I didn’t notice on the first glance that it’s shared apartment with separate rooms. Obviously the other person stayed in the same apartment didn’t notice as well and left key inside entry door so I couldn’t get in until she opened me. shared bathroom was occupied in the morning

Provided coffee pads for coffee machine (in kitchen) is a nice gesture. Bed was comfortable. TV with Netflix access is useful. Bathroom was very clean. Hairdryer included in the bathroom. Detergent and softener provided for washing machine (in the bathroom). Plenty of additional toilet paper in the toilet. Bathroom & toilet are shared between 3 rooms, which is sufficient. 2 minute walk to tram/bus.

On the shelf in the room there were a little bit of stains, seemed like from coffee. Might have been overlooked. Otherwise no problem.

It was clean, my issues were addressed in the end, netflix, kitchen well equipped

The keys didnt work for the building door so I had to arrange for a change; the netflix account was logged oou so it dodnt work on the 1st night; the pipes were making noise at night so it was hard to sleep

Nothing really, it was good

It's a flat in a 10 storey panel building outside if the city center. A flat has been renovated, and the rooms are booked separately. This means that in a small flat, there are 3 rooms, with paper-thin walls, and common bathroom and kitchen. This is not clear from the advertisement , if I had known that, I definitely would not have booked a room there. I do not recommend this for couples, it is good for a party of 6. And knowing the conditions of the room, it doesnt have a good price-value ratio.
