Position of the property, everything is at walk distance.
The apartment itself is very nice, minimal and functional.
Nothing, but a more comfy chairs in the patio would be a pleasant up grade.

This was a lovely light and airy apartment that looked like it was brand new as the owner Mattia keeps it refreshed, tidy and well maintained. The property had everything we needed for a self-catered stay - with all the amenities from fully equipped kitchen w/ dishwasher, AC, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement, TV to coffeemaker and fresh beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The beach and Santa Maria´s centre were about five minutes walk from the apartment - which was perfect for us.
Mattia was incredibly helpful and kindly met us when we arrived at the apartment. All in all, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. I would give 12 out of 10 if i could.

so closed to the beach and a couple of Restaurants. stylish interior. kitchen well equipped, we cooked a lot. wifi was ok upstairs. the tiny house is quite lovely in a quiet neighbourhood. the private parking is directly in front of the house.
one of the bedrooms is in the basement, which was not clear from the description on booking. the room was a little damp and there is no Wi-Fi signal (maybe install a repeater?).
