Beautiful condo, wonderful management, very well equipped, exceptional mountain view. We had a wonderful 2-week vacation and we truly enjoyed the Sky Valley golf course and many nearby activities (don't miss the Alpaca Fram in Franklin). We also enjoyed the many local vineyards and some very good restaurants restaurants. Definitely the best equipped condo we have rented.

Exceptional! Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, many amenities, close to golf, beautiful weather. PERFECT! Lots of tourist attractions nearby, including gem mines, alpaca farm, quality restaurants, and shopping.

We were at Sky Valley for a 4 day golf outing. It was August and it is Sky Valley so there was rain off and on. The games provided along with the Dish TV service came in real handy. When we got ready to cook we were amazed at how well the condo was stocked with spices, cooking oils and other items. We have already inquired about next year.

I his place is awesome. It’s convenient to Dillard, Clayton and Highlands, NC. The host was great to recommend restaurants in the area and the place was immaculate. I loved the location as well, as it felt a little more secluded than the other places I’ve stayed in Sky Valley CC. I also love that this unit is pet friendly and has a nice backyard for walks!

Clean, comfortable, quiet condo in beautiful Sky Valley. Excellent WiFi. We appreciated that the condo allowed pets so our beloved dog could accompany us. Mark called to introduce himself and let us know the condo was ready for our arrival, as well as, offering more detail on directions.

My daughters and I had a great stay! We loved the waterfall hike and woke up to at least 6 inches of snow. It was really lovely and the communication with Mark was so fantastic! We’ll definitely be back!

This condo and location was wonderful. The condo was clean and the view was beautiful from the back porch. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The condo has everything and more than what is needed. Check in was easy and the property management company was great to work with. We will definitely choose this condo again.

We liked the quiet surroundings and natural sights (Waterfalls galore). Also toured Helen, Ga and Highlands, NC which are nearby. We appreciated the attentive and response care of Mark while there as he remedied a couple of minor matters at once.

My mother and I started the fall season by staying in this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The host provided extra touches like a jar of candy, coffee , and fire log for us to burn. The view was amazing with the most beautiful sunsets! Convenient to Dillard and Highlands!

We stayed for 2 weeks and we’re very happy. The condo is older but in excellent condition and is well supplied. The view from the back porch is beautiful. We give this condo 5 stars!!

Great to find comfort and cleanliness.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. Our girls enjoyed swimming in the pool, the guys enjoyed golfing, while I enjoyed my morning run on the walking trail. The cabin was extremely clean and the property manager was very helpful!

We loved the open floor plan, cleanliness and fully stocked condo. The views were breathtaking, and the patio is fabulous.

Very nice, well-stocked and maintained unit. First floor was convenient to access lawn from patio for our dog, but the location up the hill still offered good sunset views from living/dining room. Lots of cookware, dinnerware, utensils, which helped for meals at home. Strong wifi and the charging ports in the bedroom were a nice touch. Also appreciated that it was stocked with hotel size shampoo/soap so we didn’t have to run to the store in order to shower when we got in late at night. Strongly recommend.

House was in supurb location-hiking, waterfalls, hot tub. Away from crowds. Well planned kitchen, since we prepared all of our meals. Perfect for us to finally see the family.

We loved the condo! It was clean, fully equipped with everything we needed. We are golfers and the sky valley golf course was great. Views from the condo were spectacular.

Unit was clean, well stocked and spacious. We had two issues. One is that it's a downstairs unit, which is not spelled out in the marketing. The first few days no one was on top, but when that unit was filled, we heard their noise. Plus, the view from the patio was not nearly as good as the view from the deck on the upstairs unit. Second issue was that the front door lock is a keypad. The instructions did not say that you had to press the pad to activate the keypad. It had a key hole, and it took us some time to figure out that it wasn't a key that operated the door, but the keypad.

The condo was fully equipped with nice extras (such as roll down shades on the porch). We enjoyed hiking to the waterfall and playing tennis/swimming without leaving the community.

Stayed at this fabulous, walk-out condo with my teenager, young adult child and our golden doodle. We were all very comfortable and the house was very clean and incredibly well stocked and appointed. The outdoor patio had ample furniture and a large gas grill. My dog especially loved the grassy field right off the patio and the mountain and sunset views were magical. The added bonus were great neighbors (homeowners), and one had a labradoodle who became besties with my pup! Sky Valley is a beautiful resort community and my daughter and I really enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and gym; just a short drive away. The few people who were at the pool all practiced social distancing and the gym, at most, had 2 other people in it. The property manager was incredibly responsive when I requested to check-in one day earlier. She noted that a minor repair was being done and, much to my surprise, the homeowner called me soon after to share a bit more details. We had a great conversation and he noted that he would do everything he could to expedite the repair so I could arrive one day earlier than initially planned. He called me back the next day, as promised, to share that I would be able to check in one day earlier! Who does that?? There's lots to do in the area including dining at Julep Farm (fabulous food, beautiful grounds and decor), hiking (check-out the gorgeous nearby views via the 4 mile hike at Rabun Bald @ Beegum Trail) and enjoying the quaint village, The Highlands. I highly recommend staying at this condo and spending time in the area!
