The property was nicely located close to the driveway, the system to get in (even with late check in) was good and easy. The view of the balcony was nice.
The room doesn’t have AC, which is very important in the summer, that was disappointing. The sofa-bed was not made, and it was somewhat hard to do, we booked for 4 people so it should have been prepared. The room was hot, the shower was extremely small. The beds were not super comfortable. Besides the AC, all the others could be “ignored” if it wasn’t for the price! The value for price is very bad, it’s not worth that much.

When we arrived in the room there was bad odour coming from the bathroom. I guess no one used the room for a long time.
Thé telephone number given in the envelope did not work. Thank goodness a tenant helped us!

Easy to access the location with car. Have small terrace to sit outside during nice weather. The property has washing machine (includes washing detergent) and drier which could be used at a cost of 3.50€(washing) / 2€(drier), so nothing to worry about laundry for people during long stay. WiFi and parking is very good. Travelled with family (kid 7 years old)
Shower area is quite challenging (very small) and got hurt due to very limited space.

The place where the studio is located is very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by forest. Kitchen is well equipped, cooking simple meals is not a problem.
Lady at the reception was super nice, friendly, polite and helpful.
Room was really cold when we arrived and took to long to warm up. Shower is very small( for pregnant women would be problem to get in) and the shower head keep falling from the handle what is a bit dangerous.

We didn’t have AC and therefore couldn’t sleep normally. It was way hotter in the room than outside. Also, would be great to have wine glasses and a bottle of water for arrival.

People can come late in the evening and the instructions sent by the host for collecting the keys are clear.
No A/C during the summer days is quite uncomfortable. Would be good if at least a fan is provided in the room.

Few more utensils in the kitchen like a deep pan to make food for 2-3 person.

Good location, comfortable apartment and helpful staff.
On the weekend don't have reception. We got one soap, shower gel and toilet paper for 3 days. There was an information that if we need more, we need to say. But it's not possible if nobody there.

The best thing is to wake up next to the forest. It is very quiet.
There are no restaurants or shops around.

The location is good, private with private parking place. They have a pool with showers and toilets. It is quite a quiet area, away from the chaos happening in the other surrounding areas. The staff is also nice; they helped us through everything.
The facility wasn't that clean. Right from the entrance you get the feeling of an old building; old furniture, old appliances and so on. Also the rooms are very small. The biggest no no was the air conditioning. They don't have any. Which for summer is really bad. At some point inside the room was hotter than outside.
It is actually not a hotel even though is presented as one. You have to do your own cleaning and stuff, if not they charge you extra.
One last thing to mention, when we booked we selected to pay for everything at the location. Well before going there they tried to book 200€ on my credit card and when my bank declined it, they obliged us to transfer them the amount otherwise we would lose the reservation. This being "their policy".

Very good value for money, the place was clean and taken care of. Equipped with the basics for cooking (no oven).
No A/C nor fan for keeping cool. Also no mosquito nets, so opening the window during the night is not a good idea.

Easy check in, cheap price
Cleaning wasn’t really the best, dust on top of the closet, not enough dish washing agent, toilet paper for the days booked. No tea towels available in the kitchen.
