The hotel location is good. The design is modern. The shower has pressure and is good.Staff is good and helpful.

I didnt like many facts. 1)The mattress are extremely bad. Specially on single beds you turn and you go to the floor with the mattress. Beds are too soft and pillows are with feathers. You dont feel you have pillow. I booked the place to sleep and bed was the worst part of it. Honestly I woke up to fix bed multiple times. 2)You make reservation and they ask to pay electricity, they could have add it on Price. Actually on summer time, which electricity you spend, they dont have airconditions and they have 3 led bulbs.They have a consumption of 100w not even 1kwh actually consumption 0.02c and they asked for 2.50. This is cheap and not professional. 3) The cups and whatever was on the stool next to tv they were dusty. Like nobody tried to make the apartment look fresh and clean.

the bed wasn’t comfortable and the two beds were moving easily. the mattress was far too shallow for a side sleeper. also the extractor fan in the shower and most importantly in the toilet wasn’t working and these facilities were opening directly into the room

The hotel is in a great location just a short walk from cafes, shopping, and restaurants. The interior was clean, and breakfast was exceptional. Staff were courteous and we appreciated the option to park at the hotel for minimal costs.

The room was smaller than the photos showed.

Senior staff who should have the most experience with customers were in fact unprofessional dealing with some issues I had during my stay. And some of the encounters I can go far to the point of calling them rude.

Very comfortable room, large enough. Good breakfast.

Very loud from two major streets adjacent to property. Furniture very cheap; bunk bed was unusable because it was instable and squeaking (had to take down matress from upper bunk). Too little stowing room.
