Easy check-in with pin code and key box. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Calm area and always room for parking. Big closets with hangers in both bedrooms and a well working AC. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Very easy to hear the next door-neighbours through the bedroom wall, recommend sleeping with ear plugs. A bit of sand on the floor is to be expected since this is carried by the wind from outside, and probably a bit from the AC as well. I've heard from permanent residents who also struggle with sand getting into the apartement from outside, so not much to do about that.

Easy check-in using a door code. Also, the apartment door has a locker box which you can use to store the key in case you share the apartment with multiple persons.

I had a hard time convincing the host to provide an extra set of towels after 5 days. Also, no cleaning services during a 10 day stay.

Objections can be made to the equipment: glasses, glasses, mugs - not much for 4 people. The host (apart from the payment) is not interested in the guests. Difficult contact with the host. I locked the key in the apartment. It was my mistake. I tried to contact the host for over an hour while standing outside the door. When the host finally picked up, she informed me that it was none of her business and that I had to call the service, and I would find the number on the Internet. Finally she gave me the service phone number. The service was efficient but costly and the host showed no help or interest. I have been using booking in various countries for many years, but this is the first time I have experienced such treatment of guests.

Apartment was spacious, very clean and nice. Washing machine and ironing facilities were a bonus. Quiet place but you have to have a car to move around.

No heating in our apartment during our 7 days stay in Jan-Feb. Air conditioning did not function and could not be fixed till we left.

The location was good. No problem with parking the car.

Fully furnished apartment, in a quiet location. Better if have a car, because a bus stop is quite far. I guess good value counting the price.
