It was beautifully furnished - you can tell the owners loves this cottage! Exceptionally well equipped with lists of thoughtful extras like tea, coffee, breakfast supplies, lovely toiletries etc. Great location too.

Only slight negative was the access to the attic room and the staircase. You have to be extremely careful using it, especially in the middle of the night if you need to use the ground floor bathroom!

We loved our holiday at The Fern Tree Cottage. Frome is a nice city in a beautiful region of England with lots to see and do. The cottage is beautifully decorated, we loved all the details and the ambiance. It was clean, everything we needed (and more) was there. The hostess is super friendly and made us the happiest vacationers!

Warm and cosy cottage in an excellent location near to the centre of Frome. Our host was extremely helpful and kept in regular contact to ensure we had a good holiday. The added bonus of having breakfast items provided was a treat. We will definitely recommend Fern Cottage to friends and family.

Absolutely beautiful home, decor to my taste, clean and had everything nd more available in the cottage. Lovely host. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't really anything I could say I didn't like... other than not booking longer stay

High quality bedding, throws and cushions. Clean and well loved. Beautiful arts and crafts around the cottage. Owner very quick to respond to messages and happy to help in any way.

The cottage was beautiful, with excellent, good quality facilities. The beds were especially comfortable. We loved the location with its easy parking and access to routes in and out of Frome. We loved walking round the corner to get our croissants in the morning.

You needed to be quite agile to get up to the attic bedroom.

Fab location, beautiful house and free parking

We have literally just got home from our stay at Fern Tree Cottage and had to leave a review straight away. This was one of the best cottages we have stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need from breakfast, bath salts, hairdryer to ear buds and so much more! It was so well equipped. The location was perfect for a visit to Longleat and it has a co op and plenty of eateries within a 2 minute walk. It was spotlessly clean and all beds were very comfortable. You could either park on the street if there is space but if not there’s a large car park around the back, we had 2 cars and never struggled to park. Tamasine was a great host, we wouldn’t hesitate to re book if we ever visited the area again! Thank you 😊

Loved out stay at fern tree cottage. Tasamine was super helpful in the run up. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. I would definitely recommend :)

Well equipped kitchen. Warm and cosy cottage. Secure ORP at rear. Decent restaurants and takeaways close by. Ideally situated for Longleat visit.
