Easy check in , steps to beach . Very Quite . But close enough to Everything. Our second time Renting from this Company & Property. Will be back in May

We had a great stay. Beautiful weather for our week there. Plenty of room for the 5 of us( mom/dad, 2 teenage daughters, 11 son) Wonderful places to eat and had plenty of room on the beach each day, only regret is i didnt swim. Loved the huge balcony!

My husband and I enjoyed our long weekend stay. The condo was just as described. The location and view were great. Loved staying here.

We visited for a long weekend to spend time with family staying at nearby property. The unit was clean and maintained. It is an older property, so doesn’t have some of the upgrades of newer buildings but was comfortable for our needs and location was great!

My wife and I try to stay in the Mariner condos when we go diving in PCB. They're always clean, well managed, and right on the beach. This trip was no different, we had a great time.

Overall we had a great time and loved the walk in shower and wrap around balcony. It is a nice unit not real fancy but had what we needed. It will take us a while to get used to codes on the doors instead of keys. When the coffee maker quit brewing, Cindy the manager was very quick to get another one for us and also to resend the code to get in. I highly recommend the unit and we will be back. Until the construction is done on the outside of the condominium complex, it maybe best to wait until spring or this summer to return.

Our PCB trip 2021

Huge balcony. Sound proof windows and doors. Nicely furnished. Updated bathrooms. Friendly owner. Definitely recommend. Will stay there again ASAP!

The condo was great and the view from the spacious balcony was breathtaking. It's nice to stay somewhere that you can relax and not have loud adults or kids running everywhere. Everyone was respectful of their neighbors and friendly.

This condo was nice. Had everything we needed to cook with etc. We loved that they had up a security webbing for our 19 mo. grandson so we had peace of mind while sitting on balcony whike he played. Very family friendly! Right on the beach and pool was great also.

We have stayed at the Mariner East several times over the past 25 years. We love the location on Thomas Drive and that it's a smaller condo unit (which means fewer people on the beach). Its starting to show its age though and we hope it will get a facelift like the Mariner West has done.

We love the Mariner East
We have stayed at the Mariner East several times over the past 25 years. We love the location on Thomas Drive and that it's a smaller condo unit (which means fewer people on the beach). Its starting to show its age though and we hope it will get a facelift like the Mariner West has done.

The property needs to be painted. The doors on all the condos looked nasty and old. The sliding glass doors need to be replaced one was broken and they looked dirty but they weren’t because we tried cleaning them. The master bed was hard. We slept on the bunk bed because it was more comfortable.The patio needs repair there is a hole in the roof of it. I think with just a few repairs this would be a great place.
