Hotel was clean. beds were comfortable. Very less or almost no outside novice. Easy check-in/out.
There was no breakfast available at the hotel. However, when I booked this hotel, it was specified that it was included in the cost. Hence, I have to travel 10-15 minutes and pay extra. The confirmation email i got from booking.com also stated that breakfast is included. No nearby restaurant.

nice area room some what clean
the manager was to money hungry we where part of the tornado that made landfall on 01/24/2024 and destroyed apartment complex have no where to go we stayed here a week book a few days the
threw booking to save money I was told after paying 3 regular day that to use the booking reservation I would I have to move my stuff out and couldn’t check back in until 3pm with management knowing that we had no where to go management it more concerned about the contracted accounts then the every day people that have to pay daily.

Looks very clean, and recently renovated. Front desk lady was very nice.
Water temperature varied, along with pressure. Pool was green upon arrival and wasn’t clean until Sunday morning. They still aren’t serving breakfast because of Covid.

The air conditioning was not on when we arrived and it took several hours to cool down the room. Beds weren’t comfortable, the breakfast that was supposed to be offered was not available since the door was locked. Would not stay there again snd would not refere anyone to stay there

Bad customer service. Hotel check in staff is rude. We got attitude from staff when asking for more towels. Room smelled like mold. Kids running wild and stomping all night in the room above us. They did not have breakfast. Staff knocking at our door at 10:30 at night because they don’t communicate.

Walk-in showers are nice.
I think the price was a bit high compared to similar stays nearby. Does not serve breakfast, although advertised.

Comfortable beds, and most definitely loved the showers.
Higher prices for not being around much....like food and entertainment. The staff wasn't the friendliest. They would come to clean our rooms daily, but they never made the bed or sweep/mop the floors. We stayed for a week so you would think they would at least do something.

I like that it was a very quiet place to go to relax. The room was very clean. Everything looked like it was sanitized & safe place to be there especially when everyone is worried about getting COVID.
The refrigerator wasn't working well. The refrigerator was blowing hot air. We were unable to use the refrigerator.

There was a bed.
The "continental breakfast included" was a lie, there was nothing at all! The shower water pressure is horrible!! I asked for an extra 30 minutes at checkout, and was denied.

Cleanliness and the friendly staff who maintained the cleanliness. Very kind staff and made me feel welcomed.
No breakfast. But that’s just fine, I believe it was due to policy with COVID. Eventually they will have it again as I mentioned by staff.
