staff was nice

too expensive for what they offered. they also charged my card that is on file here on booking.com before I even got to the hotel even though it said I didn’t have to pay until I arrived at the hotel. when we arrived at hotel they asked for my husbands card to pay. the next day I checked my bank account and they had charged me on BOTH cards. I was out almost $1,000. when I asked the lady at the front desk she said that they do that when their hotel is sold out just to make sure they get paid. I understood but I wish they would’ve told us that before hand. my bank eventually returned part of the money but I wasn’t able to use that money the entire weekend which was not convenient.

fairly quiet. great black-out shades. staff was very friendly

maid service was almost non-existent. Floors needed to be mopped daily…really dirty, especially near and in elevators. no jacuzzi was a bummer and pool was actually cold.
