Staff were lovely and very helpful, room was cleaned regularly, the location is beautiful!

The owner of the apartment was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with great view and the satisfying location near the harbour.

The studios are great. Perfect location, good price and everything you need for your stay. However, the best part is that this a family business and you feel like home: Rosa, his husband and his son Michalis make you feel like part of their family.

Location was good because it was was in the center of Pigadia.
The building was on the slope of a steep hill :)

The room was at a great location close to the port and shops and restaurants. Even though the place was outdated, it could have been just fine if they would clean it. The view from the balcony is lovely.
When we came in the bathroom was filthy - first time ever that I cleaned it before using - the door didn’t close well and there were hairs everywhere. We stayed for 5 nights and they came in only once to straighten the sheets and pick up some trash and never changed the towels once! One towel wasn’t even clear white, but had become yellow over the years. We had to take out our own trash a few times and last but not least, the airconditioning seemed to be charged separately, which I have never heard of before in Greece. When we said that, the owner got angry and rude and walked away.

The rooms are very clean and have a large balcony. Everything the lonely planet says about Rose's studios is true. Good value for your money

It was close to the shops and restaurants of Pigadia. Our balcony was lovely too.
It's on a very steep hill to walk up.

Large balcony.. that's about it..
Terrible wi-fi connection, it kept going in and out.. Even though they tell you it that everything is located close by, they do not tell you that the hotel is located up a very steep hill, so get ready to walk up the hill all your luggage.. The neighbourhood is very noisy, dogs barking and motorcycles going by all night.. Long black hairs all over the floor of the bathroom.. The confirmation from booking.com stated that air conditioning was included but when I was checking in, the hostess (Rose) asked me to pay $5 per night. I attempted to show her the confirmation and she would not look at it, she became very rude and verbally abusive to me, so be very careful with this person, very-very rude.. I did not pay for the air conditioning and she never looked at the reservation and never gave me the remote control.. one of the rudest people I have ever met in Greece... The area is full of nicer properties, I should have gone somewhere else, the verbal abuse really shook me up for a while, I was considering calling the police....
